Let's start with the FOOD.. THE FOOD GARBAGE
Make it better and state of the art. Make prison great again. And better transparency and cameras
this is always how it is when blacks run cities. no amount of money is enough money. The spending is always stopped by bankruptcy, not better planning. The complaints of this sheriff are a good example-
"We have 345 people in here charged with murder. We have almost 2300 felons"
First of all, the numbers are meaningless without knowing the capacity of the jail. But if it is more than the jail is meant to handle then the money shouldn't go to the jail, the money needs to go to the public defenders office to speed up the process of going through a trial and moving them through county to wherever they will spend their sentence. There are tons of people in Georgia's jails that have been there for months or years and haven't even got a trial date yet because they don't have enough PD's to represent them all. County is for people on trial and people serving under a year, not murderers and violent felons that should be serving a sentence in a state prison. The sherrif is basically saying, fuck them, build us bigger facilities so more of them can sit and rot.
And behind the hands out asking for money is always corruption. They want the money because that will make them the man and they can dole it out in exchange for political power.

But what's the doj gets in there they're investigation they're going to tell that they need a new jail he's right he knows what he's doing
