Good call on the loafers. Sometimes we just want to check off those things we want and are willing to settle. And uncomfortable shoes are definitely not worth it.

I was thinking of you this weekend. I hit the jackpot in a new goodwill. I needed new professional clothes and I got so many beautiful things. I completely refreshed my autumn wardrobe! 😊 a few of the best things were 50%off so even better. I’m a bigger size so often the selection is low but not that day
PS. I only buy leather shoes anymore. And most have been thrifted. Leather feels better and lasts so much longer.

This is so great to hear! Going into autumn with a refreshed wardrobe makes the anticipation of the season that much greater. And I agree about the leather shoes- I would’ve bought the loafers had they been leather!

My local GW never has sales on items other than clothes, and then it's by tag color and I have never been successful at finding anything.
