YAG Jax Beach Margaritaville Staycation

We moved Janelle's Birthday Vegas trip to August to coincide with a Beyonce concert. So she just asked if we could stay on the beach for her birthday. I traded some AMEX points for a two night stay at the Jacksonville Beach Margaritaville.
We booked an ocean view balcony room that was very spacious. I really like the living room area with the second TV. The balcony was spacious and we were given a 7th floor room. The building only had 8 floors so we had a great view of the coast from our balcony. The shower was walk-in and didn't have a door or curtain of any kind. It was difficult trying not to get the floor wet. The ice maker was a decent walk from our room.
We ate dinner at the Landshark Bar and Grill one night and it was very good. We walked the beach a couple of times. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.
