    I'm 16 and working at dominos it’s really stressful especially when they expect you to do everything and you have literally no experience and they just look at you it makes me so uncomfortable

    Great video, I agree, having a smile when answering can not only be heard through the phone by the customer calling but a lot of times customers at the location see employees answering the phone with a smile which is also very important because they see customer is important and treated with respect and they know next time they call someone will answer with a smile, the employees are not rolling their eyes like they do at some restaurants ...

    lol I've been answering the phones perfectly like that for years!! It amazes me how some people do not know how to answer a business phone.. yes your guests, business associates will all know if your staff picks up the phone is not smiling... always smile when answering the phone.. I agree with you everybody should know how to answer a business line properly.. have a great day.

    Video explains very well how to make a connection with guests over the phone. Learning and implementing such practices would impress guests. Once you impress guests you can make improve business.

    Hi mr Gorfin I own a resturant my food cost is vary between 25 to 40 percent. But at the end of the month i always get aroun 55% cosy of good sold!! Im getting crazy.

      اخي الكريم لا يجب ان تتعدي نسبة ال food cost لديك 30٪
      اذا ارتفعت عن ذلك يجب عليك مراجعه اسعار البيع او مدي رقابتك علي المخزون واسباب اخري كثيرة

    I was wondering how i can understand people?
    When theyre calling its usually a person with a accent i cant figure out
    I cant tell if its because of my dyslexia or something else but i always have to ask 5 times and ofcourse, as i make mistakes i get worse, thanks for that dad.

    While ordering food on the phone I was asked for here or to go .. should I say "for there" instead of "for here" as I was not at the restaurant while ordering??
