    Here's what we offer:
    - A fascinating role as a Sales Executive in the prestigious field of jewelry sales
    - The company will shoulder the visa cost, which amounts to approximately 5000 USD
    the processing time estimated to be 8-10 months
    Ideal candidates meet the following criteria:
    - Aged between 25 and 45
    - Possesses a Bachelor's degree (Holding a Diamond grading certificate is a plus!)
    - Preference for Indian nationals
    - Possesses excellent English communication skills, essential for our customer base comprised primarily of Americans, Spanish, and Dutch
    **Duration**:
    - The position is a minimum 2-year commitment.
    - Although the visa will expire within 1 year, it is easy to renew. All associated visa renewal costs will be borne by the company.
    **Working Hours**:
    - Monday to Sunday.
    - Timings: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
    - It's advisable to leave home by 9:30 AM to reach work on time.
    - The shop typically closes around 10 PM.
    **Salary**:
    - **Freshers**: Anyone with less than 7 years of industry experience will have a starting salary between $1,200 and $1,500.
    - Opportunity to earn commission based on performance during the initial months. The quicker the salesperson adapts and learns, the sooner they can be placed on a commission structure.
    - High performance on commission structure will result in higher earnings.
    - *Experienced candidates* (7+ years of industry experience): Starting salary of $1,800 plus commission.
    - *Note**: *Final salary negotiations will be conducted directly with the candidate
    **Accommodation**:
    - Provided by the company.
    - No kitchen facilities available.
    - Most staff typically arrange for meals (primarily Indian food) to be delivered via local vendors.
    **Additional Benefits**:
    - After 2 years of commendable service, family sponsorship may be considered. It is essential that the employee has proven to be a valuable asset to the company during this period.
    **Position Overview**:
