Why not showcase a real-world theme with features like photos, videos, likes, comments, and subscribers? Most tutorials on this topic use overly simplified themes. It would be great to see an example with a fully functional news blog theme, complete with all the bells and whistles!
It's a good idea, to be fair. I can't speak for everyone, but for me, I just don't have the time. My hope is that once people understand how it all works together, they'll be able to move forward and create their own custom blog.
You know what is my experience? After few weeks of development you realize that you are reinventing WP routing, rendering and other wheels while it was better to stick with the monolithic WordPress which is quite performant nowadays or use a „real”headless CMS like Payload or Strapi (or even Cockpit if you want PHP)
