Anming always creates the best Halloween videos because mostly everyone is happy because they're being given free candy. Tommy was lying down on the job as he was being continually defeated in battle. But, no this was a faint he was saving his strength to battle a dinosaur and win. Some monkey showed up in costume, and was green with envy at some the great costumes that walked by. The Chinese visitors were not only impressed by Anming's costume, as they should be, but when she also converses effortlessly in Mandarin. A large presence was missing as no sign of TkyoSam this year. An enjoyable little video.

I am envious and so impressed with your ability to learn the Asian languages. They sound so difficult to me. You are right about people suddenly becoming quite friendly when you speak their language. It's really amazing. Your interactions with them when you translate the words for us on the screen, show me a "humorous" side of people that we might not realize without seeing those interactions in their own language. Many have a good sense of humor that otherwise might not be realized. Great fun.

the city where halloween was "cancelled" but everyone was out in the streets in costumes. It does look less crowded than one of the other years (or am I thinking of another city?). Anyways, this was so much fun to watch Anming!

Amazing videos as a 14 year old American I used to Travel all over Japan on the weekends by myself Tokyo Shibuya & Shinjuku & Ginza were my favorite places to explore. I lived in Hayama location the Emperor's summer palace on Sagami Bay. Would love to see you take a trip to Kamakura, Zushi Hayama or Enoshima. Brings back many great memories watching your videos. I loved Japan so much I really didn't want to move back to America

Here in Las Vegas, hospitals get tourists that can't hold their liquor all the time. Once I saw some girl who just turned 21, arrive at a hotel and two hours later she was taken away by ambulance, too much booze. Self Control is the key.
To hear you say you hope the person on the stretcher is okay reminds me of myself. Every time an ambulance or emergency vehicle passes me with lights and sirens on I say the same thing. You are kind and caring.

I was living in Tokyo for a couple of months and I was caught in Shibuya on Halloween 2018. It took me by surprise - because I had no idea that this was popular in Japan. There was a lot more people around on that night. I read that the city officials were concerned for people's safety due to the events last year in Seoul.
I didn't realize that happened last year. 😢

My dad was in occupied Jspan as a Staff Sargent keeping order in the troops. He loved Japan and the Japanese. He was a boy off the farm famees are very polite. He taught me to not hate the Japanese even though he suffered from PTSD. Hr brought back a ton of porcelain and two exquisite Japanese Dolls on of a Samurai in court dress. We had a Market in Santa Maria California called the Aloha owned by Nisaia

Happy Halloween! Shibuya seems so much fun this time of year. I guess they "cancel" it to avoid huge crowds like in Itaewon last year when people were crushed to death. Stay safe everyone!
Loved seeing all the costumes, I did a lot of Halloween stuff at the schools and Iwanuma community. One of my first nights in Sendai a business man was laying out on the street drunk, I found out that the enzyme that breaks down alcohol in bodies works slower in most Asian people. This may be the reason.

I'm just back from going around my neighbourhood with my daughter - lots of superheroes in our street. Our street has become known as the place to Trick or Treat in our local area, so it's 7pm and we're just about out of candy to hand out. Our neighbour ran out an hour ago, they've gone out to buy some more.
