For mangamom, he’s an armor digivolution. Thats why he looks like veemon but in armor, and he digivolves from the digi-egg of miracles, hence the creating miracles part.
Yeah, I honestly like that early Armor stuff was very specifically just like "It's a Veemon evolution, but it's wearing armor." Because of course, right? Same with Halsemon, Pegasusmon, and Nefertimon, it's super cool to see that there's some logical throughline to it. And then you get to the later Armor Stuff and it's like... here's a Veemon armor form. It's a bee. There's nothing dinosaur-like about it. Deal with it.
@dracocrusher with the bee one there is some logic to it as it's the digi-egg of knowledge. Which the crest of Knowledge belonged to Izzy and he had a bug digimon. Some are more loose yes but if you look at them most do somewhat connect back to the original crest owner.
I think the implication was that it was more of a Kyoko thing that he picked up on due to inhabiting her dead body. Similar to how Crusadermon picked up on the deceased Rie Kishibe's worst habits
@@tonberry2670 I dont think kyoko is dead cause we do see her alive and well and dosent remember the MC but she was still looking for an assistant...... I think kyoko was also in the same boat as the MC they were like in a coma but in kyoko's case she wasn't admitted to the same facility as the other victims maybe cause alphamon took her body. If I remember all the victims woke up one by after the other including kyoko at the end of the game.
@@scarletrose8766 Correct. Kyoko wasn't dead, she was simply comatose after being attacked by an Eater. The real Kyoko was a victim of EDEN Syndrome in the same way as the protagonist. The only reason you don't see Kyoko's comatose body when you infiltrate the hospital is because Alphamon took over her body before anyone in the real world noticed that Kyoko had become a victim of EDEN Syndrome. Alphamon's obsession with horrible mixtures of Coffee is due to Kyoko herself having that personality quirk, and that quirk just sort of leaked into Alphamon over time. It also explains why Alphamon is one of the good guys and Crusadermon is one of the villains. Alphamon's human host was an odd & quirky but still morally good and kind person, while Crusadermon's host was a twisted and devious monster masquerading as a kind if unnerving woman.

The thing with Sleipmon is that speed isn't exactly his key point, but mobility. He's like an all terrain vehicle while Ulforce is like a jet. Ulforce is faster but Sleipmon is better at doing maneuvers at high speed, no matter where.

Crusadermon japanese name also makes super obvious what his deal is as it is called Lordknightmon, hence the army of knigthmons under his control.
Something I like about lordknightmons name is that it can also be read as rhodonitemon, like the rock, which is where lordknightmon gets their color since they're both pink, its all a pun on the japanese pronunciation since its all written in katakana
All RKs have the following abillities: to cut trough space-time( Alphamon, Omegamon and JESmon did it in TRI while Craniummon did it in Cyber Sleuth transcend space-time(either by using Digital Space or in the case of the New Digital World travelling trough the layers is like transcending space-time) and Acausality Type 1 ( Alphamon and JESmon were immune to the re-writting of history/reboot in TRI while in Cyber Sleuth Alphamon still remembers the events of the game even after Yggdrasil did a multiversal rewinding of history to 8 years prior to the events of the game) and Acausality and Type 4 ( the Royal Knights are inhabitants of the Kernel a higher dimension to the Digital World that transcends the system of causality of the Digital World.) Craniummon was also able to bare the Digital World on his shoulders even while attacked by Yggdrasil 7D6 and keep it from collapsing into the real world with sheer strength alone. He is also said to be the most honorable one and when fighting an opponent his custom is to always defeat it in 1v1 combat. Craniummon's spear Claiomh Solas is also able to cut trough space and time creating gates between the worlds. The other knights we saw doing this are Alphamon,Omegamon and JESmon. But its hinted that all knights are capable of this. Dynasmon's Dragon Collider has the most destructive power among the RKs so much so that Ulforceveedramon(has the ulforce wich can make him regenerate faster than instant deletion), LordKnightmon and Craniummon ( can tank anything for three seconds) ran the fuck away the second he charged for Dragon Collider. The blast was so destructive that it evaporated the Bagra Pandemonium one of the zones of the Digital World Zone = universe. Dukemon is a Digital Hazard. In Digimon Tamers, the Digital World is made out of multiple layers and is said to be a world beyond the Network(multi-layered) and Human World(your conventional infinite multiverse). Beyond is used as in, it is in a hierarchical position superior to the Human World and Network, like a higher dimension. In order to reach the Digital World's physical layer wich is just the deepest part of the Network that humans can't normally access you have to go trough the layers of the Network (6 layers). This is where Takato and co first arrived. That was the whole of the Digital World when it was first created. In the physical layer there are pillars of light that if swallowed by them it will send you to another world. The Digital World is made out of layers, wich are said to be small universes. Small wasn’t used as small but with the meaning of a subset. And within each layer there are scattered miniverses( 9 in number) worlds created by the Digimon as homes that beffit their abillities. Even beyond the Digital World is the domain of the Holy Beasts, a higher world to the Digital World created by them and the highest,deepest part of the Digital World from where they keep the balance of it. When Megidramon emerged with the Digital Hazard active it shook the layer of the Sacred Beasts, and Makuramon said that if Beelzebumon continued the fight with Megidramon not only the Realm of the Gods but the whole Digital World would be destroyed. Its power skyrocketed into the Human World and it was said that the human world would be affected too. In Chronicles the amount of "Digimon" data has grown so large that it exceeds the predictions of "Yggdrasil," and the crisis of the "Digital Hazard," an outbreak on the scale of the entire universe, including the digital world, is at hand. If nothing is done, the Digital World will collapse! The Digital World of Chronicles is comprised of three layers. Ulud(the past), Skuld(the Present) and Versandi (the Future). Each layer is said to be infinite in size. All would have exploded because of the Digital Hazard. Dukemon also has 99,9% pure Chrome Digizoid armor. Alphamon's inforce allows him to go back to the cause and effect of the battles. Basically he warps causality to re-do his attacks countless times. He can reverse what would otherwise be a lost cause or unleash thousands of attacks at the same time. He is also a nuclear detterence protocol for the RKs. Basically if they run amok or overstep their boundaries he comes out and puts them in their place. He is also their true leader. Alphamon can also summon a spectral version of DORUgoramon if he fights a 2v1 or higher from another dimension. He has many other powers. Examon is so big that he is said in one of the databooks to be as big as File Island. His lance has also countless viruses with various effects. JESmon's OS Generics basically has him transcending the laws of the Digital World. Basically while in OS Generics none of the normal laws of the Digital World will work on him like the law of damage. Sleipmon/Kentaurusmon has Red Digizoid armor one of the toughest Chrome Digizoid armor alloys. His shield can also lower the temperature to freeze his enemies and cause blizzards. Sleipmon is the 2nd fastest RK actually after Ulforceveedramon. They needed Ulforceveedramon in CS to keep up with him. Not even Omegamon could keep up with his speed. Magnamon's Power of Miracles has the ability to make desired outcomes come true. In D-Cyber he ressurected Oryumon and turned it into the Oryuken for Alphamon and made the other cast digimon evolve. Magnamon is also the most durable of the Royal Knights and is called the cornerstone of their defence. Omegamon's Omega inForce allows him to read ahead in battle and respond accordingly. It also draws out and raises Omegamon's combat sense and potential to their utmost limits in all situations. He is usually the leader and during X-Evolution he was stated to be the most powerful Royal Knight. Omegamon was capable in Tamers of using the Digital Space wich allows you to transcend space-time. In Adventure 2020 he was said to transcend countless space-times and in Chronicles/X-Evolution moving between the layers of the New Digital World is like transcending space-time. Duftmon is so intelligent that he is considered the utmost strategist of the RKs and he is able to coordinate them despite each knight having its own sense of justice. He was able to make a vaccine against the Dot Matrix (an attack that erases data out of existence) and against Lucemon Satan Mode's regeneration on the go. Ulforceveedramon is the fastest of the RKs. He is the speedster of the order. His Ulforce allows his to regenerate faster than instant deletion can keep up with. Imperialdramon PM's Omega Blade can reset and clear the opponent's configuration data. Basically think of a hard drive. It would be like erasing all the data on it making it a one hit kill if you get stabbed by the blade. Also the weapon is literally made from the data of Omegamon.
J.E.S.U.S. Justice Edge Swordsmen Ultimate Saint Sleipmon/Kentaurosmon lives in ruins under the north pole, can change its climate, is super fast, shoots light arrows, and creates blizzards. That's all it does.
With regards to there being so many Veemon evos, they're all unrelated. This is because Veemon is an ancient Digimon that has many divergent evolutions.
For Nico, gankoomon *does* take off the sandals in his X-antibody form (basically the edgy "upgrade" form). And one of his attacks is to just beat his opponents with said sandal, now wielded in his hand. He also does a table flip, and if there is no table, he flips *the ground*, and it becomes the table as it crashes into opponents.
"Sleipmon" is actually a shortened version of Sleipnir, which is the name of a Norse Legendary horse, who is known for having eight legs and being Odin's steed. Also one of Loki's children. If you've ever played Final Fantasy, the summon Odin tends to be spotted riding Sleipnir, too.

Gankoomon's "Earthquake! Lightning! Fire! Father!" attack is named after an old Japanese proverb, which is essentially just "pissing off a father is as bad as a natural disaster". ALSO, i'm upset you didn't mention Gankoomon's OTHER special attack, "Table Flip", where he grabs the ground and flips it like a table. Other goofy shit not mentioned: Examon's WINGS are SENTIENT for some reason. oh and also ulforceveedramon came before sleipmon :)
I legitimately didn't understand why he defined Examon's power/ability as being big. Yes, he's very fucking big, but none of his attacks have anything to do with that.
Magnamon is basically a Deus-Ex-Machina in the anime, so it makes sense in the context that it exists as a plot device, but outside of that I can agree it’s an underwhelming power for a cool design. Also, love how Nico and Kyle have just accepted their fates and their deteriorating sanity lol
Honestly, I wouldn't even say his power is miracles at this point. I'd say his power is literally just his signature attack, which is, I shit you not, just called "Extreme Jihad" and involves him firing missiles from his body. And it's rad, lol!

The heroes fight for their friends, something shows up that's too strong to defeat, and then characters evolve into new forms to win that never existed before. Most of the time it's handled pretty well because there's usually some mechanic or McGuffin behind getting to Ultimate rank or higher that makes sense in context. But other times it's just like "Yeah, this thing's really strong. You just go Mega now. No arc, no real reason, it just happens." A good evolution episode will at least feel foreshadowed or earned, but not all evolution episodes are good evolution episodes.
I really just love this series, it's quite fun watching people descend into the madness that is digimon. And it's always nice when people learn about one of your favorite franchises, so that's a plus. But since we are doing groups of Digimon now, how about the Seven Great Demon Lords, the 3 Archangels, 4 Holy Beats, Warrior Ten , the Olympus XII or to really annoy them the Big Death Stars?

This episode is fantastic. Love that we switched up the formula which gives me an idea for another suggestion: Have the guys guess what the names of their signature attacks are. Cause that’ll just throw Kyle and Nico through a few more loops
So I want to bring something up, but Durandamon (the big gold guy made of swords) and Jesmon are completely unrelated beyond being the final form of the 20th anniversary and 15th anniversary digimon respectively. Durandamon DOES have a counterpart, but the two are completely unrelated. Also Jesmon's name was chosen after his creation because it made it sound like Jesus, something that Kenji Watanabe did still mention Plus seeing he is accompanied by Digimon nuns, his main art depicts him walking on water, he digivolves from something named SAVIOR Huckmon and has an arc in the Chronicle X storyline that's basically the temptation of Christ, they've leaned into it quite a bit afterwards.
Also having finished the video, wanna bring up that Jesmon GX is arguably the strongest, its OS Generics in Chronicle X is way stronger than normal Jesmon and is basically "I can do ANYTHING" level. Reviving the dead, making everyone immortal and creating a weapon that shouldn't exist just to one hit kill the physical embodiment of sin who is stronger than capital G God.
More people need to give Ragnaloardmon a chance, Durandamon is the sword and another Digimon becomes the shield. So they fuse into another Omnimon-type Digimon, but it's got a cool dark blue and red color pallet with a big sword and shield for the gimmick and his cape is just pure fire because the shield Digimon is just a collection of flames held together with armor to vaguely resemble a dragon. And it rules!
Ulforce Vdramon is WAY older than Kentaurosmon... I think it's kind of a superman vs the flash thing - Ulforce Vdramon can be faster when it's flying, but when they're both running (though Kentaurosmon can probably run on water and air) it's faster.
I think Kentaurosmon was made after UlForceVeedramon which makes its gimmick even more stupid, but wasn't UlForceVeedramon first seen 2003 and Kentaurosmon 2005, atleast those are the dates that I can find.

Kentaurosmon first appeared in the Digimon Accel Ultimate Genome V-Pet, which was released in late 2005, a bit before Digimon Savers/Data Squad started airing.

"I don't like Crusadermon for plot reasons." This is the problem with digimon. The monsters have personalities. Sometimes you have an awesome monster with an awesome design and awesome powers, but it's... an asshole. Jk, obviously that's not a problem but it's something you wouldn't take into account when choosing a favorite pokemon.
I honestly didn't think they were going to make the Royal Knights video but I'm glad they did it in the end, one of the Demon Lords or the Olympus 12 would be great.

"Their powers aren't represented in that game." That's correct because a large majority of Digimon have powers that are hard to adapt. A reason why Digitalize of Soul wasn't adapted until the current TCG is because trying to bring a 'dragon', which we lacked information of how it look at that time, would be hard to bring to CGI in Digimon X Evolution. But we can just give a new random and bullsh*t technique to Omegamon that is just the reverse of All Delete. Actually, the other reasons why Sleipmon is in the group is because of being fast, even if their armor is mostly made of Red Digizoid, a really heavy metal but highly defensive, using absolute zero power like Odin's Breath and being the guardian of an important thing in the artict that contains the origin of all Digimon.
@@dracocrusherI mean, yeah, but is really not special is Omegamon has the Garuru Cannon and other Digimon of lower levels can use Absolute Zero attacks. The most accurate special ability or features would be that Sleipmon is indeed the fastest, even if their armor is mostly made of Red Digizoid, a Digizoid that has defense focus but is really heavy.
Also, now that I realize, Omegamon and Sleipmon doesn't have that much of special abilities, but only features. Sleipmon as I already explained is fast even if they are covered in Red Digizoid. But Omegamon only special feature is that they are a Chaosmon that became stable thanks to the wishes of Justice in the internet (it wasn't spirits, that scene was just a metaphorical representation of Justice) the Omega InForce is only available if they have X-Antibody. Although he was only capable to use Omega InForce and other techniques while being normal in Xros Wars Manga, because Yggdrasil being unavailable and having still their body there, give the chance to Omegamon to auto-hack themselves.

For Mitch and Tyler: Would either of you be interested in a big breakdown on all the design influences behind Tlalocmon, a new Digimon announced based on the Aztec Rain god? I do consulting for history and archeology channels on Mesoamerica and I made a big document dissecting all of Tlalocmon's historical and mythological influences since it's surprisingly well researched. Not sure it'd be useful for the channel or anything (MAYBE you could turn it into a quizz, somehow?) but it seems like the sort of thing you both, especially Mitch, might be interested in just reading for the sake of it. Also i'm pretty sure that for Gankoomon and Examon had multiple correct answers like UlforceVdramon, haha! I'll defend the digimon movie. Originally FoxKids just wanted to bring over the first two movies as their own separate movies, but Toei and Bandai had a contract where Fox could only make one movie, and attached to that contract, they HAD to localize the two OVAs that make up the last third of the movie (which is the one that had three forths of it cut out of the film) The original specials were Digimon Adventures, Digimon Adventure Our War Game, Digimon Adventure 02 Hurricane Touchdown, and Digimon Adventure 02 Miraculous Golden Digimentals. Fox only wanted to localize the first two films, but Toei and Bandai forced them to localize two movies and two OVAs into one movie NOW THERE IS GOOD NEWS Thanks to a new producer, the digimon movie is coming back with two redubbed versions, one where the movie is just as it was when Fox released it redubbed by the old cast (and new cast because sadly some of them have passed away) and a version where all the films are how they were supposed to be with a properly translated script I'm honestly really excited about this
I'm so excited for the redub!! It's such amazing news! The company producing it is Discotek and it's gonna be released on Blu-ray as "Digimon The Movies" so that's what to look out for! I don't know if a release date has been announced yet, though
I like how the lore and role of each digimon species changes dramatically between each series and it even extends to the digimon that are in a higher status of power. One series Gallantmon belongs to a character, the following one he's just wandering through a town as an average citizen, then he's back to a higher position as an actual royal knight following the digimon god lol. Also, Crusadermon is one of those digimon that has been at least 3 english names lol
Sleipmon is the better name, because Kentaurusmon completley ignores the origin and inspiration for Sleipon, Sleipnir, Odin horse from norse mythology, fitting since sleipmon also has ice powers and his signature attack even being called Odin breath.
You're wrong about when UlforceV-dramon debuted. He debuted in 2002. Kentaurosmon debuted in 2005. Between the two, UlforceV-dramon came first. If you were looking at their entries on Wikimon, you must have saw the dates they were added to the Digimon Reference Book, which were NOT their debut dates.
Now you gotta do the other digimon groups. The 7 Demon Lords, The Olympus 12, The Crack Team, The Dark Masters, and so many more. And that ost from cyber sleuth still gives me chills
Hot take(?), but the 7 Demon Lords have always been cooler than the Royal Knights. I like Alphamon and Gallantmon, but Belphemon is sick as fuck, Beelzemon is a big winner, Lilithmon is always great, Lucemon rules, and the other three are honestly really neat, too.
fun fact: king Drasil(the "god king of the digital world") who the royal knights serve is actually a femboy as seen in the manga(it took a full minute for me to process that Drasils human form is actually a dude)

Kentarosmon name in English is Kentaur which is another version of the centaurs and his Japanese name is based on Odin's steed Sleipnir who is an eight legged horse that can run in the sky at light speed.
magnamon doesn's really "create" miracles, like granting wishes or anything. more like his power of miracles allows him to overcome everything making him win every battle. he basically has plot armor. hes an armor evolution, but hes one of the strongest due to this power
For Gallantmon/Dukemon there is atill an argument for "really good equipment" making specific sense since his attacks are straight up named after the lance and the shield respectively
Loving the shake up here. I am annoyed I get these videos 4 days after they are uploaded. Craniamon is representative of how Vaccines (aka Lawful in DnD) is not always pretty. He is a blood knight and always seeks a challenge, making him an anomaly for a group whose goals are the maintain the stability of the world under the order of their God. Dynasmon is interesting. He often is paired with Crusadermom as antagonists. Now his power is Wyvern, but the more impressive feat is that he actually the most powerful singular attack of his groups. Note: you are cruel with your photo options XD. Gallantmon is a lovely addition as he is one of the few Virus Royal Knights. He gives the opposite vibes of Craniamon. His origins are Chaotic in spectrum, be he has harnessed his powers and controlled it to do good, going from the destroyer of his world to a protector. As the leader of the Royal Knights… yea the man is broken. Alphamon only needs to land A SINGLE HIT on his enemies to defeat them as he can then redo the attack over and over, but leave the damage it did. Thus, he just needs to deck you in the schnoz once and you are punched over and over, condensed in a single second until you perish. Often they end up limiting it as a stamina issue (the attack takes up as much stamina as it needs to complete and if Alphamon runs out of stamina, the attack won’t complete.) Ah, Gankoomon. Loud, abrasive, Martial Arts sensei type of dood. His greatest asset is that he is always willing to help those in need. He does a lot of good PR work for the Royal Knights as someone more approachable than these beings clad head to toe in armor. His special attack is hilarious as it is a reference to a stereotypical thing fathers do when angry in JP culture, which is table flipping, but instead of a table, the man flips the earth’s crust. Crusadermon is another of the Virus Royal Knights and it embodies the ends justifies the means in a lot of its appearances. It is willing to commit atrocities in the name of God, hence the name fitting somewhat. It is also named LordKnightmon or Rhodoknightmon as a leader of Knightmon. One focuses on the sky and one focuses on the ground. Examon is then created from a fusion of Heaven and Earth to become the ultimate dragon digimon. Now, I gotta actually dock points here from you. Its power is Virus injection. While it’s feature is that it is HUGE, his power is that he can create shells made of viruses that can be slotted into the gunlance. If you were going with most defining feature, yeah “being fucking huge” is his most defining trait. Although he does have an attack that has him legit fly into the stratosphere and land down like a meteor, so both can fit. Just one is more specific. Not much to say here. JESmon is a programmer in a digital world. Nuff said. Duramon is the Digimon referenced in Cyber Sleuth and he is part of a different group. One that is wholly weapon based and he is the sword. Yeah, they did Kentaurosmon a bit dirty with the translation. His name is supposed to be Sleipmon, named after Odin’s steed, the eight legged horse Sleipnir. (6 legs and 2 arms)To hone in on the Norse inspiration, his crossbow is called Muspellsheimr and a shield called Niflheimr. His attack is called Bifrost and Odin’s breath. His power is actually mobility. Rather than speed, he can easily travel through the harshest environments and can travel any terrain as if it was flat. This is especially important when flight is difficult due to weather or powerful enemies using their powers. His purpose is to basically guard a Nordic ruin which contains important files that pertain to the world itself. This ruin is located in a vast tundra, so its mobility comes in use as flying through a blizzard is a no no. Ah Magnamom. It was born through the Digi-Egg of Miracles and his power is to literally cause Deus Ex Machina moments. He is literally ass pull the Digimon. He is notable to be an Armor class Digimon that canonically has Mega level power. And yes… he is bullshit. Ah Omnimon. The interesting thing is that the Omega Inforce is actually Omegamon X’s ability and when he reverts back to Omnimon in that… game I think… that THAT SPECIFIC OMNIMON has the Omega Inforce. So normally, he just a very powerful mon that is a fusion of two strong Digimon. The specific Omnimon that is part of the Royal Knights now does possess the Omega Inforce. Note: IT WAS PART OF MY CHILDHOOD, BUT NO DEFENDING ANGELA ANACONDA. Note 2: Omnimon actually became one of the strongest Digimon in Cyber Sleuth after the double game with Hackers Memory was released. They ported over the buffs he obtained in HM back to CS. Before, his special attacks kinda sucked. His prior form actually had a stronger attack with True Damage properties, making it do more damage. They buffed Garuru Cannon attack to share the property of True Damage with his previous form. Now he is pretty busted, but his Darker form (not gonna spoil that) is actually better due to having a passive that buffs Water/Ice attacks. Nothing much to say. Duftmon is kinda… weird. His localized name is actually more accurate as Duft means scent… meaning he wears perfume??? We don’t talk about the naming of Leopardmon Leopard Mode aince it was Duftmon Leopard Mode. His whole thing is that he can account for the stupidity that “being fucking big”, having the strongest single blow of the RNs, being a blood knight, having an army, having an ATV etc can cause if not used well. So there is props there. He ain’t a charismatic leader though. UlforceVeedramon debuted in VTamers, a manga that is actually very good for its time. Funny enough, that UlforceVeedramon came from Agumon as Veedramon was created before Veemon. So Veedramon was the main character digimon and had a line. Technically this means Veemon DOESN’T become Ulforce in that circumstance, but yeah most other times it is a Veemon evolution. And yes, the joke is made that Veemon has too much representation in the Royal Knights. And yes, this Digimon has peerless speed and infinite regeneration. And I already went over what ya got wrong with Kentaurosmon… and no, Ulforce came first, ya just confused Mobility with Speed. Inperialdramon Paladin Mode is not wielding Omnimon. He was created from the data of Omnimon. Basically, Omnimon gifted Imperialdramon Fighter Mode his energy (Goku to Freiza style) in a time of an ancient catastrophe and gave him the ability to become Paladin Mode. His profile is actually left vague on purpose as he is supposed to be a legend a la King Arthur. His 1 hit kill sword is legit the only thing people know about him. Kekekeke love watching as you guys go nuts. Still, hope there are videos in the future where things do get clarified as a Digimon nerd such as I kinda have more references to these things I would compare the Royal Knights to the Digimon Avengers. With members doing stuff, combating evil and dealing with the bullshit of the world. Some have jobs outside their roles as Royal Knights while some are wholly there to serve their God Yggdrasil.

Especially the X antibody digimon. Iirc they asked different artists to give their own take, so results vary massively. Also yeah… there is so much more context from games to various media to manga to random one offs that are often all considered canon. In the Xros Wars series, a major bad guy uses a Digimon known to have Godlike powers as a mount and that made things… awkward to power scale. And then you have Power Scaling, which is all bullshit and yes… again a Marvel/DC argument of who wins Hulk or Thor, Superman vs Batman, etc etc. The authors of the story have higher control than canon sometimes and that does frustrate. The latest anime turned a World Ending threat into a monster of the week. Just note that many of the profiles seem to come from the Digimon Reference Book, a canonical online database for Digimon in Japanese which is written as if research is being done by scientists in the Digital World. Some of the more important lore Digimon talk about an outstanding individual of the species rather than the species as a whole, so not all Magnamon are Royal Knight Level and not all Alphamon are as skilled with bullshit powers as the single individual talked about. It is often really hard to get into Digimon due to how little of this info is easily accessible and understood.

gankoomon is indeed the coolest. he's literally the only royal knight that actually helps the residents of the digital world. he's the people's knight, him and jesmon. the other royal knights are just yggdrasil's hitmen and they aren't even that good at it. marcus daimon can beat all of them up.
The English dub of the Digimon movie is great 😅 yeah they crudely smashed 3 movies together but it's worth it. Kari's narration serves as a way to connect all 3 and there's more random dialogue added in. When Agumon and Kari are walking around and the truck passes them is one of my favorites "Did you see that?" "No. I was sleeping" "You're the one driving!"
Fun fact: Discotek is releasing a reboot of the Digimon movie. They are remastering the old version (original dub of the spliced together version we'll call this the Smashmouth version LMAO), Then taking the 3 original OVA's that only had Japanese releases and dubbing over them with as close to the original VA cast as possible (some not available due to other obligations or unfortunately passing away (RIP Michael Lindsay 😭)). Definitely something to look into! They are really trying to do right by the OG fans and also pay homage to the original OVA's which is really awesome IMO.
The Digimon Movie is a glorious mess. Equal parts heartfelt and irreverent. Badass and dumbass. Spectacular and janky. In that sense it's a perfect representation of the franchise.

Around 49:30 So this are all false, Future sight is an ability that triggers at random that Omegamon(That's his Japanese name i refuse to call him the english one) has when he access his X-Antibody form. Grant Wishes now, he was born out of the desire for Justice in the internet, that's what this is related. Literally the Strongest Digimon, no, not even when he came out he was the Strongest Digimon and he hasn't been even when he was granted random future sight. Boost Ally Powers... Nope, that just doesn't exist for any Omegamon. So what's his power welp the thing is that he doesn't, at most it can be coinsider fire and ice manipulation, but he just doesn't have powers. And if someone brings up the Xros Wars manga, there is stated that Omegamon had to hack Yggdrasil to access the Omega-In Force which is the name of his future sight ability which he only gains, when he obtains the X-Antibody. So literally he had to cheat himself an ability in that manga because he was doom if he wasn't for that... It's an amazing feat to hack Yggdrasil... That doesn't make Omega-In Force his base form ability.
Funnily enough, Examon does in fact "inject" its foes with viruses. Its lance known as Ambrose is loaded with shells that have various different viruses in them. Combine this with its SENTIENT wings that can act as a shield, you essentially get "what if an elder dragon from monster hunter could use gunlance" the digimon.
Around 15:51 Actually yes he can summon Grani, the anime adapted Grani, but in canon, Dukemon can summon Grani to fights so he can have better aerial combat. And his equipment it's technically of the top tier of the Royal Knights. So the question is what's false of this question, Popup Ads, because everything else he has it... The only thing this guy didn't put of his powers is that he does all of this holding back, because he has a Digital Hazard that could destroy the world, so he can't use his full power unless he enters a form change which can only last 5 minutes, if not is the end of the world.

@dracocrusher with the bee one there is some logic to it as it's the digi-egg of knowledge. Which the crest of Knowledge belonged to Izzy and he had a bug digimon. Some are more loose yes but if you look at them most do somewhat connect back to the original crest owner.

I think kyoko was also in the same boat as the MC they were like in a coma but in kyoko's case she wasn't admitted to the same facility as the other victims maybe cause alphamon took her body. If I remember all the victims woke up one by after the other including kyoko at the end of the game.
@@scarletrose8766 Correct. Kyoko wasn't dead, she was simply comatose after being attacked by an Eater. The real Kyoko was a victim of EDEN Syndrome in the same way as the protagonist. The only reason you don't see Kyoko's comatose body when you infiltrate the hospital is because Alphamon took over her body before anyone in the real world noticed that Kyoko had become a victim of EDEN Syndrome. Alphamon's obsession with horrible mixtures of Coffee is due to Kyoko herself having that personality quirk, and that quirk just sort of leaked into Alphamon over time.
It also explains why Alphamon is one of the good guys and Crusadermon is one of the villains. Alphamon's human host was an odd & quirky but still morally good and kind person, while Crusadermon's host was a twisted and devious monster masquerading as a kind if unnerving woman.

The thing with Sleipmon is that speed isn't exactly his key point, but mobility. He's like an all terrain vehicle while Ulforce is like a jet. Ulforce is faster but Sleipmon is better at doing maneuvers at high speed, no matter where.
Ulforce can get from a to b faster, but sleip is way more fun of the journey

Something I like about lordknightmons name is that it can also be read as rhodonitemon, like the rock, which is where lordknightmon gets their color since they're both pink, its all a pun on the japanese pronunciation since its all written in katakana

to cut trough space-time( Alphamon, Omegamon and JESmon did it in TRI while Craniummon did it in Cyber Sleuth
transcend space-time(either by using Digital Space or in the case of the New Digital World travelling trough the layers is like transcending space-time)
and Acausality Type 1 ( Alphamon and JESmon were immune to the re-writting of history/reboot in TRI while in Cyber Sleuth Alphamon still remembers the events of the game even after Yggdrasil did a multiversal rewinding of history to 8 years prior to the events of the game) and Acausality and Type 4 ( the Royal Knights are inhabitants of the Kernel a higher dimension to the Digital World that transcends the system of causality of the Digital World.)
Craniummon was also able to bare the Digital World on his shoulders even while attacked by Yggdrasil 7D6 and keep it from collapsing into the real world with sheer strength alone. He is also said to be the most honorable one and when fighting an opponent his custom is to always defeat it in 1v1 combat.
Craniummon's spear Claiomh Solas is also able to cut trough space and time creating gates between the worlds. The other knights we saw doing this are Alphamon,Omegamon and JESmon. But its hinted that all knights are capable of this.
Dynasmon's Dragon Collider has the most destructive power among the RKs so much so that Ulforceveedramon(has the ulforce wich can make him regenerate faster than instant deletion), LordKnightmon and Craniummon ( can tank anything for three seconds) ran the fuck away the second he charged for Dragon Collider.
The blast was so destructive that it evaporated the Bagra Pandemonium one of the zones of the Digital World
Zone = universe.
Dukemon is a Digital Hazard. In Digimon Tamers, the Digital World is made out of multiple layers and is said to be a world beyond the Network(multi-layered) and Human World(your conventional infinite multiverse). Beyond is used as in, it is in a hierarchical position superior to the Human World and Network, like a higher dimension. In order to reach the Digital World's physical layer wich is just the deepest part of the Network that humans can't normally access you have to go trough the layers of the Network (6 layers).
This is where Takato and co first arrived. That was the whole of the Digital World when it was first created.
In the physical layer there are pillars of light that if swallowed by them it will send you to another world.
The Digital World is made out of layers, wich are said to be small universes. Small wasn’t used as small but with the meaning of a subset. And within each layer there are scattered miniverses( 9 in number) worlds created by the Digimon as homes that beffit their abillities. Even beyond the Digital World is the domain of the Holy Beasts, a higher world to the Digital World created by them and the highest,deepest part of the Digital World from where they keep the balance of it.
When Megidramon emerged with the Digital Hazard active it shook the layer of the Sacred Beasts, and Makuramon said that if Beelzebumon continued the fight with Megidramon not only the Realm of the Gods but the whole Digital World would be destroyed. Its power skyrocketed into the Human World and it was said that the human world would be affected too.
In Chronicles the amount of "Digimon" data has grown so large that it exceeds the predictions of "Yggdrasil," and the crisis of the "Digital Hazard," an outbreak on the scale of the entire universe, including the digital world, is at hand. If nothing is done, the Digital World will collapse!
The Digital World of Chronicles is comprised of three layers. Ulud(the past), Skuld(the Present) and Versandi (the Future). Each layer is said to be infinite in size. All would have exploded because of the Digital Hazard.
Dukemon also has 99,9% pure Chrome Digizoid armor.
Alphamon's inforce allows him to go back to the cause and effect of the battles. Basically he warps causality to re-do his attacks countless times. He can reverse what would otherwise be a lost cause or unleash thousands of attacks at the same time.
He is also a nuclear detterence protocol for the RKs. Basically if they run amok or overstep their boundaries he comes out and puts them in their place. He is also their true leader.
Alphamon can also summon a spectral version of DORUgoramon if he fights a 2v1 or higher from another dimension.
He has many other powers.
Examon is so big that he is said in one of the databooks to be as big as File Island.
His lance has also countless viruses with various effects.
JESmon's OS Generics basically has him transcending the laws of the Digital World.
Basically while in OS Generics none of the normal laws of the Digital World will work on him like the law of damage.
Sleipmon/Kentaurusmon has Red Digizoid armor one of the toughest Chrome Digizoid armor alloys. His shield can also lower the temperature to freeze his enemies and cause blizzards.
Sleipmon is the 2nd fastest RK actually after Ulforceveedramon.
They needed Ulforceveedramon in CS to keep up with him. Not even Omegamon could keep up with his speed.
Magnamon's Power of Miracles has the ability to make desired outcomes come true. In D-Cyber he ressurected Oryumon and turned it into the Oryuken for Alphamon and made the other cast digimon evolve.
Magnamon is also the most durable of the Royal Knights and is called the cornerstone of their defence.
Omegamon's Omega inForce allows him to read ahead in battle and respond accordingly. It also draws out and raises Omegamon's combat sense and potential to their utmost limits in all situations.
He is usually the leader and during X-Evolution he was stated to be the most powerful Royal Knight.
Omegamon was capable in Tamers of using the Digital Space wich allows you to transcend space-time. In Adventure 2020 he was said to transcend countless space-times and in Chronicles/X-Evolution moving between the layers of the New Digital World is like transcending space-time.
Duftmon is so intelligent that he is considered the utmost strategist of the RKs and he is able to coordinate them despite each knight having its own sense of justice. He was able to make a vaccine against the Dot Matrix (an attack that erases data out of existence) and against Lucemon Satan Mode's regeneration on the go.
Ulforceveedramon is the fastest of the RKs. He is the speedster of the order.
His Ulforce allows his to regenerate faster than instant deletion can keep up with.
Imperialdramon PM's Omega Blade can reset and clear the opponent's configuration data. Basically think of a hard drive. It would be like erasing all the data on it making it a one hit kill if you get stabbed by the blade. Also the weapon is literally made from the data of Omegamon.

For Nico, gankoomon *does* take off the sandals in his X-antibody form (basically the edgy "upgrade" form). He also does a table flip, and if there is no table, he flips *the ground*, and it becomes the table as it crashes into opponents.

"Sleipmon" is actually a shortened version of Sleipnir, which is the name of a Norse Legendary horse, who is known for having eight legs and being Odin's steed. Also one of Loki's children. If you've ever played Final Fantasy, the summon Odin tends to be spotted riding Sleipnir, too.

@@lancerotalucardhd8793 I mean, yeah? I feel like that's most of the franchise. The heroes fight for their friends, something shows up that's too strong to defeat, and then characters evolve into new forms to win that never existed before.
Most of the time it's handled pretty well because there's usually some mechanic or McGuffin behind getting to Ultimate rank or higher that makes sense in context. But other times it's just like "Yeah, this thing's really strong. You just go Mega now. No arc, no real reason, it just happens."
A good evolution episode will at least feel foreshadowed or earned, but not all evolution episodes are good evolution episodes.
I really just love this series, it's quite fun watching people descend into the madness that is digimon. And it's always nice when people learn about one of your favorite franchises, so that's a plus.
But since we are doing groups of Digimon now, how about the Seven Great Demon Lords, the 3 Archangels, 4 Holy Beats, Warrior Ten , the Olympus XII or to really annoy them the Big Death Stars?

This episode is fantastic. Love that we switched up the formula which gives me an idea for another suggestion: Have the guys guess what the names of their signature attacks are. Cause that’ll just throw Kyle and Nico through a few more loops
So I want to bring something up, but Durandamon (the big gold guy made of swords) and Jesmon are completely unrelated beyond being the final form of the 20th anniversary and 15th anniversary digimon respectively.
Durandamon DOES have a counterpart, but the two are completely unrelated.
Also Jesmon's name was chosen after his creation because it made it sound like Jesus, something that Kenji Watanabe did still mention
Plus seeing he is accompanied by Digimon nuns, his main art depicts him walking on water, he digivolves from something named SAVIOR Huckmon and has an arc in the Chronicle X storyline that's basically the temptation of Christ, they've leaned into it quite a bit afterwards.
Also having finished the video, wanna bring up that Jesmon GX is arguably the strongest, its OS Generics in Chronicle X is way stronger than normal Jesmon and is basically "I can do ANYTHING" level. Reviving the dead, making everyone immortal and creating a weapon that shouldn't exist just to one hit kill the physical embodiment of sin who is stronger than capital G God.
More people need to give Ragnaloardmon a chance, Durandamon is the sword and another Digimon becomes the shield. So they fuse into another Omnimon-type Digimon, but it's got a cool dark blue and red color pallet with a big sword and shield for the gimmick and his cape is just pure fire because the shield Digimon is just a collection of flames held together with armor to vaguely resemble a dragon.

Ulforce Vdramon is WAY older than Kentaurosmon...
I think it's kind of a superman vs the flash thing - Ulforce Vdramon can be faster when it's flying, but when they're both running (though Kentaurosmon can probably run on water and air) it's faster.
I think Kentaurosmon was made after UlForceVeedramon which makes its gimmick even more stupid, but wasn't UlForceVeedramon first seen 2003 and Kentaurosmon 2005, atleast those are the dates that I can find.

Kentaurosmon first appeared in the Digimon Accel Ultimate Genome V-Pet, which was released in late 2005, a bit before Digimon Savers/Data Squad started airing.

A reason why Digitalize of Soul wasn't adapted until the current TCG is because trying to bring a 'dragon', which we lacked information of how it look at that time, would be hard to bring to CGI in Digimon X Evolution.
But we can just give a new random and bullsh*t technique to Omegamon that is just the reverse of All Delete.
Actually, the other reasons why Sleipmon is in the group is because of being fast, even if their armor is mostly made of Red Digizoid, a really heavy metal but highly defensive, using absolute zero power like Odin's Breath and being the guardian of an important thing in the artict that contains the origin of all Digimon.
Yeah, you could easily just say Sleipmon's power is "ice" and it'd also be 100% accurate.

The most accurate special ability or features would be that Sleipmon is indeed the fastest, even if their armor is mostly made of Red Digizoid, a Digizoid that has defense focus but is really heavy.
Also, now that I realize, Omegamon and Sleipmon doesn't have that much of special abilities, but only features.
Sleipmon as I already explained is fast even if they are covered in Red Digizoid. But Omegamon only special feature is that they are a Chaosmon that became stable thanks to the wishes of Justice in the internet (it wasn't spirits, that scene was just a metaphorical representation of Justice) the Omega InForce is only available if they have X-Antibody.
Although he was only capable to use Omega InForce and other techniques while being normal in Xros Wars Manga, because Yggdrasil being unavailable and having still their body there, give the chance to Omegamon to auto-hack themselves.

Funnily enough, maybe even more. Alphamon and Examon are for sure, but Ulforce, Jessmon and Magnamon are maybes. Jessmon is basically the new guy on the block and often the last one standing, ulforce is so fast that Omnimon might just not be able to catch him and if he does he's not gonna be able to land a finishing blow and Magnamon is both the weakest and strongest because miracles is a really vague power
For Mitch and Tyler: Would either of you be interested in a big breakdown on all the design influences behind Tlalocmon, a new Digimon announced based on the Aztec Rain god? I do consulting for history and archeology channels on Mesoamerica and I made a big document dissecting all of Tlalocmon's historical and mythological influences since it's surprisingly well researched. Not sure it'd be useful for the channel or anything (MAYBE you could turn it into a quizz, somehow?) but it seems like the sort of thing you both, especially Mitch, might be interested in just reading for the sake of it. I'll defend the digimon movie. Originally FoxKids just wanted to bring over the first two movies as their own separate movies, but Toei and Bandai had a contract where Fox could only make one movie, and attached to that contract, they HAD to localize the two OVAs that make up the last third of the movie (which is the one that had three forths of it cut out of the film)
The original specials were Digimon Adventures, Digimon Adventure Our War Game, Digimon Adventure 02 Hurricane Touchdown, and Digimon Adventure 02 Miraculous Golden Digimentals.
Fox only wanted to localize the first two films, but Toei and Bandai forced them to localize two movies and two OVAs into one movie

Thanks to a new producer, the digimon movie is coming back with two redubbed versions, one where the movie is just as it was when Fox released it redubbed by the old cast (and new cast because sadly some of them have passed away) and a version where all the films are how they were supposed to be with a properly translated script

You're wrong about when UlforceV-dramon debuted. He debuted in 2002. Kentaurosmon debuted in 2005. Between the two, UlforceV-dramon came first. If you were looking at their entries on Wikimon, you must have saw the dates they were added to the Digimon Reference Book, which were NOT their debut dates.

Kentarosmon name in English is Kentaur which is another version of the centaurs and his Japanese name is based on Odin's steed Sleipnir who is an eight legged horse that can run in the sky at light speed.

Craniamon is representative of how Vaccines (aka Lawful in DnD) is not always pretty. He is a blood knight and always seeks a challenge, making him an anomaly for a group whose goals are the maintain the stability of the world under the order of their God.
Dynasmon is interesting. He often is paired with Crusadermom as antagonists. Now his power is Wyvern, but the more impressive feat is that he actually the most powerful singular attack of his groups.

Gallantmon is a lovely addition as he is one of the few Virus Royal Knights. He gives the opposite vibes of Craniamon. His origins are Chaotic in spectrum, be he has harnessed his powers and controlled it to do good, going from the destroyer of his world to a protector.
As the leader of the Royal Knights… yea the man is broken. Alphamon only needs to land A SINGLE HIT on his enemies to defeat them as he can then redo the attack over and over, but leave the damage it did. Thus, he just needs to deck you in the schnoz once and you are punched over and over, condensed in a single second until you perish. Often they end up limiting it as a stamina issue (the attack takes up as much stamina as it needs to complete and if Alphamon runs out of stamina, the attack won’t complete.)
Ah, Gankoomon. Loud, abrasive, Martial Arts sensei type of dood. His greatest asset is that he is always willing to help those in need. He does a lot of good PR work for the Royal Knights as someone more approachable than these beings clad head to toe in armor. His special attack is hilarious as it is a reference to a stereotypical thing fathers do when angry in JP culture, which is table flipping, but instead of a table, the man flips the earth’s crust.
Crusadermon is another of the Virus Royal Knights and it embodies the ends justifies the means in a lot of its appearances. It is willing to commit atrocities in the name of God, hence the name fitting somewhat. It is also named LordKnightmon or Rhodoknightmon as a leader of Knightmon. The gender is often confusing cause it was an effeminate man, but they changed it to woman in EN. I think its next appearance fully turns it into an effeminate male. Digimon don’t have genders, but they can show traits of one.
Ah Examom. To explain, his materials are a split evolutionary line, like Silcoon and Cascoon. One focuses on the sky and one focuses on the ground. Examon is then created from a fusion of Heaven and Earth to become the ultimate dragon digimon. Now, I gotta actually dock points here from you. Its power is Virus injection. While it’s feature is that it is HUGE, his power is that he can create shells made of viruses that can be slotted into the gunlance. If you were going with most defining feature, yeah “being fucking huge” is his most defining trait. Although he does have an attack that has him legit fly into the stratosphere and land down like a meteor, so both can fit. Just one is more specific.
Not much to say here. JESmon is a programmer in a digital world. Nuff said. Duramon is the Digimon referenced in Cyber Sleuth and he is part of a different group. One that is wholly weapon based and he is the sword.
Yeah, they did Kentaurosmon a bit dirty with the translation. His name is supposed to be Sleipmon, named after Odin’s steed, the eight legged horse Sleipnir. (6 legs and 2 arms)To hone in on the Norse inspiration, his crossbow is called Muspellsheimr and a shield called Niflheimr. His attack is called Bifrost and Odin’s breath. His power is actually mobility. Rather than speed, he can easily travel through the harshest environments and can travel any terrain as if it was flat. This is especially important when flight is difficult due to weather or powerful enemies using their powers. His purpose is to basically guard a Nordic ruin which contains important files that pertain to the world itself. This ruin is located in a vast tundra, so its mobility comes in use as flying through a blizzard is a no no.
Ah Magnamom. It was born through the Digi-Egg of Miracles and his power is to literally cause Deus Ex Machina moments. He is literally ass pull the Digimon. He is notable to be an Armor class Digimon that canonically has Mega level power. And yes… he is bullshit.
Ah Omnimon. The interesting thing is that the Omega Inforce is actually Omegamon X’s ability and when he reverts back to Omnimon in that… game I think… that THAT SPECIFIC OMNIMON has the Omega Inforce. So normally, he just a very powerful mon that is a fusion of two strong Digimon. The specific Omnimon that is part of the Royal Knights now does possess the Omega Inforce.
Note: IT WAS PART OF MY CHILDHOOD, BUT NO DEFENDING ANGELA ANACONDA.
Note 2: Omnimon actually became one of the strongest Digimon in Cyber Sleuth after the double game with Hackers Memory was released. They ported over the buffs he obtained in HM back to CS. Before, his special attacks kinda sucked. His prior form actually had a stronger attack with True Damage properties, making it do more damage. They buffed Garuru Cannon attack to share the property of True Damage with his previous form. Now he is pretty busted, but his Darker form (not gonna spoil that) is actually better due to having a passive that buffs Water/Ice attacks.
Nothing much to say. Duftmon is kinda… weird. His localized name is actually more accurate as Duft means scent… meaning he wears perfume??? We don’t talk about the naming of Leopardmon Leopard Mode aince it was Duftmon Leopard Mode. His whole thing is that he can account for the stupidity that “being fucking big”, having the strongest single blow of the RNs, being a blood knight, having an army, having an ATV etc can cause if not used well. So there is props there. He ain’t a charismatic leader though.
UlforceVeedramon debuted in VTamers, a manga that is actually very good for its time. Funny enough, that UlforceVeedramon came from Agumon as Veedramon was created before Veemon. So Veedramon was the main character digimon and had a line. Technically this means Veemon DOESN’T become Ulforce in that circumstance, but yeah most other times it is a Veemon evolution. And yes, the joke is made that Veemon has too much representation in the Royal Knights. And yes, this Digimon has peerless speed and infinite regeneration. And I already went over what ya got wrong with Kentaurosmon… and no, Ulforce came first, ya just confused Mobility with Speed.
Inperialdramon Paladin Mode is not wielding Omnimon. He was created from the data of Omnimon. Basically, Omnimon gifted Imperialdramon Fighter Mode his energy (Goku to Freiza style) in a time of an ancient catastrophe and gave him the ability to become Paladin Mode. His profile is actually left vague on purpose as he is supposed to be a legend a la King Arthur. His 1 hit kill sword is legit the only thing people know about him.

I would compare the Royal Knights to the Digimon Avengers. With members doing stuff, combating evil and dealing with the bullshit of the world. Some have jobs outside their roles as Royal Knights while some are wholly there to serve their God Yggdrasil.

@@MitchFromFBSkekeke don’t worry about any complaints about overdesigned Digimon either. Much of the fanbase has strong (both negative and positive) opinions on certain designs as well. Especially the X antibody digimon. Iirc they asked different artists to give their own take, so results vary massively.
Also yeah… there is so much more context from games to various media to manga to random one offs that are often all considered canon. In the Xros Wars series, a major bad guy uses a Digimon known to have Godlike powers as a mount and that made things… awkward to power scale. And then you have Power Scaling, which is all bullshit and yes… again a Marvel/DC argument of who wins Hulk or Thor, Superman vs Batman, etc etc. The authors of the story have higher control than canon sometimes and that does frustrate. The latest anime turned a World Ending threat into a monster of the week.
Just note that many of the profiles seem to come from the Digimon Reference Book, a canonical online database for Digimon in Japanese which is written as if research is being done by scientists in the Digital World. Some of the more important lore Digimon talk about an outstanding individual of the species rather than the species as a whole, so not all Magnamon are Royal Knight Level and not all Alphamon are as skilled with bullshit powers as the single individual talked about. It is often really hard to get into Digimon due to how little of this info is easily accessible and understood.

The English dub of the Digimon movie is great 😅 yeah they crudely smashed 3 movies together but it's worth it. Kari's narration serves as a way to connect all 3 and there's more random dialogue added in. When Agumon and Kari are walking around and the truck passes them is one of my favorites

Fun fact: Discotek is releasing a reboot of the Digimon movie. They are remastering the old version (original dub of the spliced together version we'll call this the Smashmouth version LMAO), Then taking the 3 original OVA's that only had Japanese releases and dubbing over them with as close to the original VA cast as possible (some not available due to other obligations or unfortunately passing away (RIP Michael Lindsay 😭)). Definitely something to look into! They are really trying to do right by the OG fans and also pay homage to the original OVA's which is really awesome IMO.

Around 49:30 So this are all false, Future sight is an ability that triggers at random that Omegamon(That's his Japanese name i refuse to call him the english one) has when he access his X-Antibody form. Grant Wishes now, he was born out of the desire for Justice in the internet, that's what this is related. Literally the Strongest Digimon, no, not even when he came out he was the Strongest Digimon and he hasn't been even when he was granted random future sight. Boost Ally Powers... Nope, that just doesn't exist for any Omegamon.
So what's his power welp the thing is that he doesn't, at most it can be coinsider fire and ice manipulation, but he just doesn't have powers.
And if someone brings up the Xros Wars manga, there is stated that Omegamon had to hack Yggdrasil to access the Omega-In Force which is the name of his future sight ability which he only gains, when he obtains the X-Antibody. So literally he had to cheat himself an ability in that manga because he was doom if he wasn't for that... It's an amazing feat to hack Yggdrasil... That doesn't make Omega-In Force his base form ability.

Funnily enough, Examon does in fact "inject" its foes with viruses. Its lance known as Ambrose is loaded with shells that have various different viruses in them. Combine this with its SENTIENT wings that can act as a shield, you essentially get "what if an elder dragon from monster hunter could use gunlance" the digimon.
Around 15:51 Actually yes he can summon Grani, the anime adapted Grani, but in canon, Dukemon can summon Grani to fights so he can have better aerial combat. And his equipment it's technically of the top tier of the Royal Knights. So the question is what's false of this question, Popup Ads, because everything else he has it... The only thing this guy didn't put of his powers is that he does all of this holding back, because he has a Digital Hazard that could destroy the world, so he can't use his full power unless he enters a form change which can only last 5 minutes, if not is the end of the world.

Kinda Dirty to not display Avalon with craniummon, since I assume you are referencing Breath of the Gods and he uses it with Avalon, although the shield could have been too much of a giveaway.
Mitch here: Genuinely when I was making the quiz, I wasn't able to locate a single half-decent picture of Craniamon holding Avalon. The fact that I could locate it so easily DURING the recording was a big ol' kick in the dick lol
I really enjoyed this video! Congratulations on the subs and I hope you'll get the success you deserve! The graphics are always great and the energy is fun even when it's just banter about Digimon's whackiness.
Personally I'm not a big Royal Knights fan save for a few of them. I really enjoyed seeing you go through all of them and their powers! I would love to see these types of questions mixed in with the usual name guessing or used for bonus rounds. Thanks for all the laughs and fun!
