The sample at the very end is from Tachanka, a Red Cavalry song. It's pretty cool, but I wonder if it has anything to do with the rest? I mean, a song about how cool it is to be a Bolshevik gunning down anti-communists on trans-Uralian steppes runs pretty contrary to the rest of Von Thronstahl's work.
Im schönen Bayern gibt es meines Wissens nach noch viele dieser schönen Frauen :) Bayern ist dem Rest Deutschlands in vielen Dingen weit voraus! PS: Bin selber von Berlin ;)
The Teutons never want to go that far. The Battle of Ice was a border skirmish at best. I remind you they were only 20 Knigths of Order there and they werent even teutons but sub branch of Old Catholic Order of Baltic called Livonian Brothers of the Sword. Most of the "teuton army" was made up of Baltic levies such as Estonians. Not saing that old Nevsky was not quite a capable warrior but Battle of Ice grown on importance in modernity because of Soviet propaganda not real history.
Teutons you mean the Teutonic Knigths were never intereseted on Russia anyhow. The battle of of the Iceded Lake was a skirmish that had 20 Kngiths there! Not even part of main order but Livonnian Brothers of the Sword. Most of units were local Balts mostly Estonians. The real enemies of Teutonic Orders were Pagans Balts suth Lithunia the rival Poles and of course hordes of east such as Tartars that INDEED invaded slaugthered and enslaved the Russians. Shoulnt that be your main enemy?
The pic is great. Keep it. The brave order of teutonic knigths are good piece of history of not only Germany or Germans but of all Europe.
Einfach nur großartig das Stück!
