Do you still tune semi trucks have a ddec 4 12.7l deleted the egr and put a 171702 turbo on has a eaton 10 speed transmission and it runs solid but for some reason between 60-70 mph I'm at a a stand still and cant get turbo to spool all gears and pulling up to 60 ox strong 60-70 weak once hit a little hill get to 70mph boost in ox strong then lets say i get cut off and brake checked back to waiting for a hill to build boost again. Motor was just fully overhauled however had full egr block off plates and non egr turbo added also i know my RPM going to be higher was told by my buddy this oldschool however does 1800 RPM at 75-80 MPH sound right any advice or help just everything done and rebult but without the tune my truck wont run smooth and shops here not trying to touch it without egr
