A really powerful machine, rather silent on it's own silencers had great looks being a classic and possessed significant acceleration. At times it was difficult to handle. People would turn their heads to see it and some would 'signal' for a 'race'... It was a fuel guzzling machine even for those times and wouldn't be used as a normal daily travelling bike. Overall the experience was wonderful, until a friend of mine eventually persuaded me to sell it to him a year later...
This has brought back some memories for me ,I had a GS750 back in 1985 ,It was a 78 model , one of the best handling motorcycles I have ever owned .It must have been a single seater when auctioned ,as my GS750 was also an ex police model .
