As someone that hatched and raised that very larvesta into a volcarona. I even did the for the league so it was horrid to train. I recall a video where Micheal had hydreigon on he list on most annoying pokemon to evolve. Yet drino becomes a zwielous at lvl48. Meaning it's like 16 levels time hydreigon. For larvesta to volcarona especially if it's that egg 1. Is 63 LVLS
You can also encounter Volcarona in the overworld. I caught one that way before seeing a Larvesta.
