Hello, It's really close to the train station and surrounded by shops, and only few meters to Mega Donquite. For cleanliness not so much, since everything is shared. For the room itself, it is recommended if you have less luggages since spaces is not that big. I suggest to put a note before booking to place you in the floor where the bathroom is located so that it won't be a hassle going up and down. As for safety, yes, as long as you lock everything. I still recommend the place, and the price is reasonable especially if you will just go out the whole day. 🙂
