I m living in an omaxe .. but the citizen of altus said very true .. no market I never seen no stp plant till date no street light no electricity there...only road which connected to dlf is now build up by gmada. No security .. koi kuch ni hai altus mein.. pura da pura scam hai.. altus de kol sab to zayada land possession hega.. omaxe, dlf to wi zayada land possession hega but Halle wi bajar society hi lgdi ehh

Can't believe this that Altus has so much big land in New Chandigarh and they are poorly working on the facilities and extremely very slow in assigning plots to people. Seeing the strategic placement of their township, they could easily become at par with Omaxe/DLF but their poor delivery of plots and unprofessional sales managers are making things worse for the company. Residents should definitely raise their voices so that sales are impacted for Altus! It is high time for Altus to fast deliver facilities and plots so that their name is not spoiled any more.
