Hilarious how so many people come here from a film and believe that they are listening to Charlie Parker. The music is indeed beautiful, but so many of these pieces are not Charlie Parker.

This is NOT, I repeat, NOT Charlie Parker... at least not the first three tunes. For one thing, Parker primarily played alto saxophone, not tenor although he played a little tenor early in his career. The tenor saxophonist recorded here could be Charlie Rouse.
