Ms. Marilyn Rouvelas is Presented with the St. Phoebe Award

On November 11, 2023, the St. Phoebe Center was pleased to present the occasional St. Phoebe Award to Ms. Marilyn Rouvelas for her many contributions to the effort to see women ordained as deaconesses, including editing the seminal volumes "Deaconesses: A Tradition for Today and Tomorrow" along with John Chryssavgis, Niki Papageorgiou, and Petros Vassiliadis and "Remembering and Reclaiming Diakonia" by John Chryssavgis.
