Julian’s main strength comes from his enhanced skills and unpredictability since all three of his skills give him a lot of strength.
You can use him to poke by using enhanced skill 1 and initiate using enhanced skill 3.Enhanced skill 2 is also good for clearing lanes and getting behind enemies.

I definitely underestimated Julian after his nerfs. I thought he wouldn't be that much of a problem since his early game got a huge nerf, but boy was i wrong.

Actually, three nerfs. He got nerfed at the same time as Terizla. They reduced his spell vamp to 15% per stack and reduced his 1st skill damage.
The problem with Julian is his insane spell vamp and low cd skills, that's how he always outplays everyone, just like Valentina, no matter how you nerf them, if the spellvamp passive is there, there would be no difference
What about giving him 10 second cooldown nerf on all skills or add 2 seconds to use his enhanced skill

But yeah no stack is weak but late game isn't no matter how bad a pro aldog early game is he can still comeback if he is good enough

Remembering the time when I was in epic and really wanted to try the Aldous Starscream skin. Aldous and Yin literally banned in every single game. But they're not that good unlike Julian. Julian's enhanced first skill is preety good for solo kill. While his 3rd skill is good for group fights. But not a fan of the 2nd enhanced skill except to immune shit
Whatever nerfs they did on Julian he's still strong and it depends on the user/player how to play him properly

I think julian for now after the update, julian is weak but some players always pick him. I think it has some secret buffs.
Actually Julian can be countered by alot of hero especially Valentina. On our server I'm so glad that Julian was rarely got ban so I sometimes dominate the game easily since I'm a Julian user. They just don't take Julian seriously on our server coz its Thamuz, Karina, Valentina and Nana were their favorite ones on the ban section. More so, Terizla is also a great counter to Julian. So if ever your opponent have a chance to secure Julian, just make sure you have a teamate that can play Terizla very well and Julian will be of no problem at all.

that's exactly why I bought Aamon cause I know I won't be able to play my beloved Julian in epic rank n up...am still not used to Aamon tho...funny enough I find easier to use Julian over Aamon. probably because Julian is an early game hero...I still haven't quite figured out Aamon yet.
N I just wanna share how I use him, when ganking the most often enhanced skill I use is his 2nd cause it has the most lifesteal effect. When on 1v1 I use his 1st enhanced skill the most cause it deals the most damage. I don't use the 3rd that much but it's very effective with holding off enemy till back-up arrives or at least when am on defense or tryin to escape.

My favorite combo for Julian is 2-3-1 combo because it deals mor damage
Even a UA-camr like you underestimate Julian's 231 combo it's op af tank with anthena died in 2 combos the 123 combo is the second best for Julian worst combo to kill enemy is 132 and best is 231 123 would of been top but the last neft on him only affected his third skill and lifesteal but didn't need the 231 combo because people thought that combo was hard to do as it was ez to escape good thing petrify exists. My build is also different than urs as I prioritize skill damage and defense I don't use anything to enhance my basic attack or cooldown 6 seconds is enough
