Network rail own 99% of railway infrastructure, doesn't matter who the regional operater franchisee is,(northern rail, east midlands trains etc). Network rail, are the Landlowner, their policy overides the operators policies.

UA-cam has terms of service, so if you're filming someone without their permission, that person can report the video on youtube and it will be removed.

That's no good about mobility scooters, you would think that they would have a ramp onto the train , how do wheelchairs get on the train 🚃, and those steps would present me with a challenge 😮, where is directions to the lift 😮
