Chun Li initially wanted revenge for Cammy (or Killer Bee as she was known back then) after her fathers murder, She soon realised that Cammy was not the ruthless killer she once was and eventually forgave her for it. Had Cammy remained as “Killer BeeL, I’m sure that Bison would have ordered her to kill Chun Li, and personally speaking, I don’t think Chun Li would stand a chance there!
