As a Newcastle fan I was surprised by the lack of fight from Man United especially since they were the form team going into this match. Honestly Maguire was the only player in red who seemed up for it. I've heard Onana being criticized a lot but he wasn't at fault for the goal and actually made a couple of decent saves.

● As long as MU is still being coached by Erik Ten Hag, there is very little hope that MU can win the EPL again like Fergie's time, let alone the Champions Trophy, very far away.
With the monotonous playing system that he practices in every match, plus several mediocre players that he has such as Rashford/Antony, Onana etc.

I liked how the team played last 20 minutes. The energy that came with Hojlund and Antony was great. Nevertheless it was a poor performance overall. Zero effort from Rashford and Martial. The best players of this match for MU were Shaw and Maguire.

Don’t understand why we keep on playing inverted Dalot. Reguilon offered so much going forward on his natural side.
Ten Hag should take the blame.....how he chooses his lineup baffles me. There was a time Dalot and Amrabat played the left back role because of injuries, today he has Shaw and Reguilon but chooses to start Dalot. He has Varane and Lindelof but shifts Shaw to that position. Not to talk of Martial as a striker and Hojlund on the bench... Rashford generally has been pathetic, especially on the right wing, he can't dribble, defend, pass, score. How the coach gambles with his selection against a top team team like Newcastle shows the lack of tactics and commitment. We were outplayed for almost 85 minutes. I can't defend ETH anymore!!!!!

Our coach used to make Ajax team to play systematically, work as a team, from players who weren't as famous as the players we have now. But why doesn't it happen here? I don't understand at all. And it's always been like this. There have been 10 coaches changed. We still don't play as a team. Still playing with each other, not feeling satisfied. It's like someone who doesn't get enough sleep like a sick chicken The coach's plan sucks or we don't play according to plan.
Hopefully we will have a better attitude and performance. focus on football When people go onto the field, we have to leave everything off the field and put all our energy into playing football with spirit.
