You guys should do one where you’re trying to play “who gets the closest to a target number” (69 maybe? xD). And if you go over you lose. I think this would create some interesting scenarios where you’d have to intentionally get a specific spot and you’d have to play in such a way that keeps you from getting too high of a spot, but you also can’t just throw a race because you’d be trying to get as close as possible.

What about an "invisible" Nick and Troy 12 player race. 5 players are imposter Troys with the right miis and names. 5 players are imposter Nicks with the right miis and names. And then there is the real Nick and Troy. Makes it much harder for them to guess who's who.

TDubs, idea for a punishment. If one of you loses I think you should do a stream where they have to wear one of those red and white striped one piece swimsuits that was worn in the 80's, a snorkel, a diving mask, flippers, water wings, and a swim cap.
For one of these you should play a vehicle mod with 0 acceleration. If you lose speed for whatever reason the only way to regain it is through a boost. So be prepared to do a lot of stand still mini turbos
Two more ideas: Your Character is invisible The person who gets less hits wins (or count almost everything, like drifts and mini turbos too, weigh them and distribute points to get the winner) :)
