Then Mansell goes into super fast mode and regains 20 seconds he lost in the pitstop. In the final laps Mansell on good tyres vs Senna on old tyres, they go side by side in the final straight and Senna wins the race by 0.014 seconds. Unbelievable how close this was to that.

Hamilton chose a very weird driving line for that corner and I think there might also have been a bit of understeer. But toro rosso clearly turned at him... It wasn't Hamiltons fault because he was in front of the backmarker (I think) when he entered the corner and the backmarker directly crashed Hamilton. Btw I'm Finnish so Bottas was a good choice!!! That was quite an intense race. Now for the wet start without TCS and stability Keep the throttle around 80%. When it turns green go 100% flat and immediately you will push forward like an AWD car. As soon as you go full lay off and go 40-50% and gradually increase up to full throttle keeping an eye out for wheelspin

Then when I do get away from the lights I would gradually increase the throttle and then upshift into second and third when the rears started spinning. The low rpm torque makes the car pull away. I don't get thrashed by the CPU on the starts.
Wow! What a race at the end. And the crashe's fault was to torro rosso's car. It can't go through the pit line when a car is comming to the pit. Nice gameplay. Fantastic one.
Hi Ben, no assists user here. For the starts I tend to balance the revs just shy of the red zone and try to keep them there until I'm out of second gear. Difficult to say if it's the quickest way but I seem to get cleaner starts than you. I think it's a better route to follow rather than maxing out the revs like you have been doing. Hope this helps, you're doing great with the videos.
Lapped car's fault, assuming the blues were out (which they should have been). It's the lapped car's duty to ensure he's leaves space to allow the faster car by.

The AI are extremely crash prone at Austria! At the straight before the corner where hamilton spun, i saw rosberg and bottas collide, taking out a few lapped cars as well and just generally smashing into everything!
For the starts try to go around the last rev line before the rev counter begins to glow red and just continue to ease in the throttle from there onwards

the Toro Rosso left enough room for Hamilton, from Alonso's camera you can see that Hamilton went to the outside and hit the Toro Rosso...

Yes and no because he was behind Hamilton but the problem with this corner is the apex who's on the pit lane entry so it's 50-50

The starts are always tricky to get right. Try and start slowly until the 4th light turns on, and then go full rev. It works for me.

For you to get a good start you need to stay in half throttle and as soon as the lights come off you go full throttle. Try it.

ben, in the start use half throttle until the car pulls of the line and then gradually feed the throttle
+Triametmarduk I use half throttle and as soon as the lights go to full throttle and upshift into 2nd.
Ben to get a good start, at the start go full throttle, and then at 20 kph shift to 2nd gear
For starting with no TC try to aim for the line and increase throttle then shift to two near end of rev limiter
