I've been following this guy for years. He really got me into DevOps and kubernetes. You are right, not sure why the he has so few subs because the content is awesome. But I think (not sure) that his subs have almost doubled in the last year.
compose is now a plugin to the docker cli, so its part of the docker command. So no more hyphen is needed in newer versions. For the compose file, there's still a hyphen 💪🏽

Unfortunately , UA-cam Shorts can only have a max duration of 60 seconds. Definitely an option worth exploring though :)
