This is my second one that I have purchased, I won’t own any other brand again. The price is amazing, the quality of great, and the best part of it all, is the proyama customer service. I own multiple products from them, I reached out to their customer service team for assistance and they sent me replacements parts immediately. The cuts are clean with this chainsaw, the power is perfect. If you’re interested in a new brand that’s affordable, go with Proyama! I promise you won’t regret it.
I am impressed! Ihave run brand names for many many years and I cut very large trees of all kinds, I am impressed with this Proyama saw! Ir starts super easy and runs great. I ran 7 tanks on some very large hard maple and some red oak and it did just fine non stop but to fill. the stock chain did fine. I did touch it up before I ever started and set the guides my way, it ran like butter on it all. I didnt have any dirt to deal with so the chain stayed sharp. I then put a 8ten chain on and it ran just the same, no issues at all.I am now running this at 40:1 and it is doing just fine. I run used motor oil for the bar, no issues. I have run used motor oil in my saws for bar oil for over 20 years and it works great. This saw is a good one!
Same here, some of these Chinese saws straight up recommend plain old 10 W30 motor oil. You can also run regular bar oil as well probably cheaper. I just bought a gallon on sale at the hardware store for $17 a gallon which is way cheaper than motor oil’s at around $7.00 a quart.
Those Chinese clone saws are inexpensive and work well when new but just don't last. Not trying to be negative but you are better off buying a used pro Stihl and Husky off Marketplace for about the same price or maybe a $100 more. The pro saws have closed ports, and a mag chassis, among other things, to make rebuilding them easier. They also hold there value incredibly well and is something you can pass on to your kids instead of having to eventually throw away.
Proyama saws have a magnesium chassis as well. Try buying a Husqvarna with a magnesium chassis and you’ll be shocked when you see the $1000 plus sticker price. The closest thing in size is the Husqvarna 372XP (71cc) at around $1000 for the smaller bar size. None of the Rancher series has a mag case, and the 460 comes in around $700.

Thats a really good deal. Seems to do they job you can't ask for any more than that
Love the saw, seems to like the fuel more than other saws I’ve owned, but has a lot more power.
Good to see you again Eric!

If you take care of them they will last forever
When was the last time you bought a comparable Stihl, Husqvarna, or Echo for $179 or even your $100 more. That's just your inner idiot showing.😂

How did you mix the fuel and 2 stroke oil in the container they provided?
Who's the new guy??😁😁
Good video. Looks like you have a nice property. Where is it made? Maybe I missed that…..
