He was always a good assassin user even during his Z4 days but I think the most underrated fanny user/assassin user in MPL PH for like 4 seasons now is Raizen
Great mechanics but he always lacks decision making. Just like in basketball, he may have great ball-handling skills and court vision but he turns the ball over too much.

We actually got a lot of crazy assassin users, but this sh*tty meta always favors the tank junglers. Kingkong is easily a top 3 in both Lancelot and Fanny, I haven't seen his Hayabusa and Ling yet. A lot of players have crazy fast hands but not a lot of them possess both hand speed and decision making. His cables and dashes are so precise too, you actually barely see him commit mistakes.
