var life = 1; var dev_ed = 99; var both = life + dev_ed; console.log("look now I have " + both " life. You revivded me!") Thanks for the tuts in this playlist. I want to learn js but do not know it, this is one of a lifetime tut!
These tutorials are so much batter than the other ones. Like you actually explain what each thing is doing like in the variables. Others they just write it out and start adding dots all over the page. Thanks! Love the humor with it too!!!
Ed, I want to give a big thank you! I learned html and css already. But javascript was breaking my balls. I bought books and udemy courses and never understood how to use it for front end web development. And I basicly quit after not knowing how to continue. I stumbled upon your channel yesterday and I am really grateful I did. You explain it really well and I looked also trough your channel a bit and you are someone who really shows how to Use it. Not just what it does!
This channel and in particular, this very playlist was all I needed to get myself motivated and delve into JavaScript. I'm starting on my journey to mastering JS, hopefully. Great help ✴️ Thanks buddy 🙌🏻😄
the reason why i love to learn from this guy is because he makes the process fun even if he is not funny at times it's still very charming that he tries, for a lot of people this is the best way to learn, thank you and i appreciate you a lot :)
I've searched the whole UA-cam and this is the among the 3 best content I could find. Amazing job as always. You helped me with css. Now you're helping me with JavaScript. Thanks bro. Really.
@developedbyed, I just came across your channel for the 1st time. You are the best ever Bro. You make it extremely easy to understand, and I just subscribed. You stuck with me CHAMP. THANK YOU
Hei! I've just started your course and it's awesome. Straight to the point. I'm familliar with CSS and HTML and i tought JS will be hard, but I think I will love it!
Starting JS from 0. I have been searching for a appropriate JS tutorial for some time, and I can say you are best so far. Thank you. Liked, subbed and s u soon :-)
Seriously, from another tutorial I downloaded Prettier and not until yours I understood what it did exactly. Also - others like don't explain stuff as point blank as you do. I'm always having a little a-ha moment watching your videos.
Thank you for the video. Has JS changed? console.log(' ') doesn't work on my laptop. Exchanged console.log('life') for document.write('life') and it worked fine. Anyone know why? Thank you again.
Silly question: what do I do to show my code output? I downloaded the extensions, but nothing seems to be working. I see you press something to output your code in Chrome, but i'm not seeing what that is. Can anyone help me out?
thank the lord for dev ed, literally every other js tutorial doesn't even explain how to do it, they just show you crap and than expect you to learn :/
I don't get why every tutorial states that you have to use semicolons at the end of the line. I hardly ever use semi colons unless I use my console.log shortcut, then it's automatic.
Thanks Ed man. For anyone interested in the difference between let-var: stackoverflow.com/questions/762011/whats-the-difference-between-using-let-and-var#11444416

Hey! Could you give the names of all of the extensions you have on VSCode? Thank you in advance.
Dev Ed, I hope you live a 100 years in this life ... bar
Hello. The "null" value is created to use when you are not sure what the value of your variable will be now, and you will add it later .
Could you tell me the difference between let and var, please?
how do you open the document and check if its working plss answer am just a beginner...
I like your videos but you are confusing me with saying what not to do with what to do. This video is old so I'm late but ill keep watching!
