Very interesting topic. Main points for me: 1. dont rush and improve the position - esp when you are dominating side, if position is static and limited then breaks, slowly maneuver, repeat, improve, create phantom threats, wait for opp mistake, it's difficult for opp to do nothing as well and they can lash out 2.never ever agree draw from position of strength - you can take it anytime you want, torture the opponent, chances and mistakes will come sooner or later 3.dont exchange too many pieces, dont close the position - leave some minor pieces, rook or smth with which to create chances, also leave yourself some breaks obviously

How do you know when to start squeezing?
That's a good question - I suppose, when your opponent is static and can't do a thing, but also you can't make an immediate progress.
