I got a 100 dollar bill from the bank and it was a very old bill from the state bank of Minneapolis. With a lower serial number and all, the only big problem with it is it was ripped and half and whoever had it previously didn’t tape it back together properly. So yeah that was unfortunate that it was in bad shape but I’m just glad I saved it for the historical part of it even tho it’d only just worth 100
Paul thanks for sharing. There were some beautiful paper money
Great score Paul! Wow!
Thank you for sharing this with us Paul❤
In 1970 I purchased, from a public auction,a bookcase full of antique books. At that time I collected books and I liked the oak bookcase. Upon looking at the books,I discovered, many pieces of US currency tucked into between some of the pages. They ranged in denomination from $1 to $1000. They were all the large sized notes! They dated from 1862 to 1907. Condtion varied from quite worn to crisp unc. I was also collecting coins back then so I knew a little bit about paper money. The group was worth quite a bit of money back then. I still own them and they are worth so much more now than in 1970.
Some pretty cool finds in that book. That 1928F $5, was printed in the early 50s, pretty much just before starting the 1953 Series, same with that 1934D $5 Silver Certificate. If you are successful with cleaning those test notes, and they look pretty nice afterwards, please don't forget to acknowledge that they have been cleaned if ever offering them up on sale.
Very nice 👍 May that person that saved those bills is smiling down at us today! Stumpy 💯💥💯
Can’t wait
Money laundering is a dirty business, BE CAREFUL!😅
You’re a savage 😂😂😂
Nice bills
Hope to see you soon
I was subscribed to your channel years ago. And then I lost the subscription. I'm glad I found you again.👍😀
I have some currencies from 1946, 1953 as well. When I have the chance I’ll show them. My wife is from the Philippines 🇵🇭
I'd have to agree on that $5 silver certificate, $15 is what I'd pay for it
Gotta like old cash.I'd be sleevin up all the better condition like the crisp five, ten and twenty the most.Could be blood on that last 5.Try a sponge rinse.
7:40, you came close to a broken ladder if the 8 was a 9 or 1.
Careful what you do with that last $5 Paul. You don’t want to be accused of laundering money. 😆
Nice bills indeed.
Moolah
Old money 💰
next time, stop touching it to show it
Should you not be wearing gloves?
