Zach, you continue to have an unerring ear for how a great song, concept, and visuals can come together to make a gorgeous work of art. I also really appreciate that you reminded us again that you preserve these memories primarily for you and Alastair, not for us. But thank you as always, for sharing these brief windows into your lives. My husband and I have been together for 14 years now, and I well understand that journey isn't always smooth and easy. For myself, it's not about the 'couple goals' that I know you dislike, but about seeing another gay couple living, learning, growing, and just being. Arguments, flaws, romance, joy and all, what lifts my soul is sharing a little bit in another's human experience. A tiny connection to other people finding their way through this life like I am. Thank you, and lots of love for you both from South Carolina.
I LOVED your last video! We need more honesty and realness on social media. It’s easy to over idolize people and couples when everything they put out seems perfect. Seeing the bad times helps to humanize people.

I agree 100% with your opinion on your previous video! and it was a great watch, along with this video. It's important to understand that no one is a perfect, curated Instagram life, true relationship stuff right there. That's why I love the content you release. Love it!!!
My USAF husband put in for Japan without asking me. I had been there as a senior h.s. with my parents and majored in Asian history in college, so he thought I’d be thrilled. I was so happy where we were-Plattsburgh, NY, that I didn’t want to move. Of course we got the assignment (45 years ago), sent our kids’ dog on ahead with no problems, had a wonderful tour. My husband retired there and we stayed there as teachers for 15 years. Our 3 children had a great experience growing up there.
Different isn’t weird it is just different. There are so many types of jobs people do but the ones considered normal are not for everyone. I spent 30 years doing the normal but I love doing the weird/different. Love seeing you guys together.

@@rickalnick8738 I accept that Syria would be bad, but I would guess that Saudi Arabia and Iran are even worse, if that's possible. As I said before, in those countries where religion holds too much power, your circumstances will be bad. Islamic countries are probably the worst, but countries like Uganda, where fundamentalist Christianity is also a huge part of the culture are likely to be like a hell hole for gay people. Secular countries are the best for everyone, because you can believe in whatever religion (or none) that you want and different sexualities are accepted. Many of us lucky enough to live in western democracies feel bad for you, even more so because in our own countries, many say how much better things are for gay people than twenty or thirty years ago. That's true for us, but worldwide, if anything, it's got worse for you, Rick, as many governments move further right in their ideologies. It seems that they regard the freedoms of the west as being "bad" and promoting "debauchery", when in fact all they are promoting is greater happiness. I wish I could offer more hope, but it might be that it's best for you to try to escape to a place like Turkey, which even though not perfect, is still hanging on to a secular constitution.
As a writer, I need to say that your relationship, arguments and all, is an inspiration. I'm working on a M/M Romance Fantasy series and seeing how you two live your lives with each other, regardless of the arguments, it is felt. The love is felt. It's there. I go to your videos when I need some inspiration feeling-wise for my two main characters who need to deal with so much crap in the magical realm around them. They are not 100% peachy-keen, they have their fights, but they work around them. They find a way. I love watching your relationship unfold. It's solid, it's real, and it's inspirational. I see you two, and I see my two characters, though not completely alike with you, but the relationship, yeah...that's where it counts. Thank you for sharing your world with us. The dark and the light and the in-between. It's felt. Much love to you both.
There’s nothing about either of you or your content I don’t like. I love that you’re real and not like the hundreds of others projecting an artificial and superficial version of their lives as if their trying to convince themselves as well as the rest of us that the fantasy is true. You guys keep it real and that deserves respect and support. You’re also good people and I look forward to having your vibe around with every new video. Much love from Scotland 🏴 ❤️
Life is full of ups and downs, and no one's life is perfect, the reality is that you gotta take the good with the bad and the ugly. I appreciate you for showing us at least a thread of your life. Hugs from Colombia.
Boy, did I love the intro to this video. So sweet and so tender, all while showing the public that it was just a normal interaction of a normal couple. All your comments make sense and part of what I like about your channel is that you DO address parts of the bad stuff and the difficulties any marriage will experience. Thanks so much for this terrific video.
All couples have ups & downs That is life. Talk it out & just be there for each other. All couples have ups & downs, that is life. Just talk it out & listen to each other. Very best to the two of you.
I think you'll love spending a few years in Germany, the local plane tickets are ridiculously cheap, you'll be able to have weekends in London or Rome or Paris or wherever as easily if not easier than you get around Texas, not to mention the great trains to my favorite place, Grindelwald Switzerland. Take the leap if the opportunity arises, you won't regret it, the dogs will be fine. You have your whole lives to live in Colorado, its not going anywhere. Fantasticly produced and edited opening by the way!
I am so glad you are all made up!! I've been with the same man for 30 years and I've found the things that drive you the most crazy are also the things you love the most about him. Keep up the good work guys!!
You guys are quite wonderful with your time and allowing your fans to feel like your friends. I appreciate the honesty and openness. It's not reality to have smooth as glass lives where nothing goes wrong or no conflicts. One of my favorites times with you guys was Covid Thanksgiving. It was funny and real. For all you do, true gratitude. XOXOXOXOX
Those couples you see all lovey dovey in public are the ones who are divorced a few years later. The couples who argue and work through things last. Me and my husband have been together for 15 years now (and we argue all the time - because we care and are passionate). Real relationships take real work.
I have been with my husband for over thirty years. We raised together our four sons with all the bumps and of any family. But there has always been more blessed days than not. Even when we thought we couldn't go on, we managed. Now we're grands and just before Christmas 🙏🙏🙏🎶🎶we will become great grands. Never ever stop talking. Blessings from New Orleans.
The opening scene gives me life and i died when Zach grabbed Alastair and started to kiss him, it is too hot for my little gay heart to handle you two. Words can hardly express how much I adore the both of you, you guys give me hope in humanity 🥰.
First the music, then the cinematography, I am stunned....excellent. But your love. For years I have watched you (and to myself) thanked you, as they say, from the bottom of my heart. You just being you, this huge heart, this "old soul mind," this recognizing right from wrong and just "putting it out there." When B died, I cried with you. I laugh when you laugh, I sit quietly and watch the love you and Alister work so hard to create. I have said it before and I will say it again. I believe you two are soulmates. May both of you grow in goodness. Brothers of the heart. Thank you...
Zach......I am a journalism major and your editing is superb and your storytelling is even better. You care and love for Alastair so much and he loves you as well. You are both strong men and will get through any struggles. You both inspire me.
I appreciate you and Alastair keeping it real. It's actually quite refreshing. So many youtube couples are way too perfect and actually somewhat of jerks towards their subscribers.
Minute 6:55 says everithing. Your eyes when Alastair goes to work. Thats the meaning of life. The autenticity of your channel. No matters what people think. Or what is supposed to be the content of a UA-cam channel where a couple shows part of their life. You're great and I follow you because of little moments like that natural scene in your car. Hugs from Barcelona!
Zack I've been married 41 years, and I know where you're going with this. You just have to be yourself, and try not to get to emotional about everything going on around you.
I was saying this to myself yesterday that out of every youtuber that I have watched, the one that I have watched grow up most and have grown with them is Zach. How different you've become from just when you first started youtube and now.. I'm not even the same person from last year let alone from 5 years ago and it's all just growing up and letting go of your old self and welcoming the new version that we will continue to pursue until we die.
Always made my day!And so much into the content and spirit of your vids.More importantly, the genuine beautiful love of two gentlemen .‘perfect in its own way’
Thats such a good song. Thank you for featuring it, so we got the opportunity to hear it. Also, that she just be the official music video for it! Great job. Happy Winnie is done Chemo.
The intro was so beautiful. Also, I love that you are brave enough to show the other side of the the relationship. We all know that relationships are not easy, they take work. Love you guys and kisses to Winnie.
There are so many people out there putting on a show for the viewers trying to entertain them and appease them it's not funny! Having you all being so open and honest showing the good and bad times sharing your lives with us both the ups and downs and all the love you share together is awesome! Do I admire what you all have and share of course! Do I wish I had your relationship or something like it yes it would be nice in a lot of ways but one of my own not the exact same thing you have that would be unrealistic because no two people are alike it's impossible. But it enriches my life knowing what you have and share is possible and is happening and I am sure inspires others to strive for better and not settle for less! So thanks to you both!
I am 65 and have spent the past 9 days in the hospital and being transferred to hospital in Orlando for surgery... as older gay man bee open since I was 16 in 1972... your love has kept me as positive as I can be under the circumstances... stay strong and loving
I think it's great how you guys keep things so real. It's very true a lot of youtube couples portray themselves as perfect and people become emotionally attached to them when they are only seeing what the couples want to show in their videos. Then people are shocked when they break up. I think you guys show more realism in your videos by showing the bickering that can happen in all relationships really. Keep up the good work!
The world is wide and the world is grand and there’s little or nothing new, but the sweetest thing is the clasp of a the hand of a friend that’s tried and true. My dad wrote that to me when I left home for university. Nothing’s perfect but I believe you guys married your best friend, if you remember that you will get through anything.
Just watched again for the 3rd time. In 1 minute and 31 seconds you captivated thousands of ppl . Moving them to tears and glowing praise, Zach. You fret about your writing skills, yet here is an example of prime script writing, direction, lighting, and production. You excel far and above simple writing. You've had life experiences at your age that some never do. Use them like you have here. Sheer magic in 1:31. Btw, I love you guys. You help me through the rough days when loss of my hubz to cancer beats me down. I'll be here watching until the house-lights come down.
LOVED the intro! One of the reasons I love following you is precisely the honesty over the flaws a couple encouter on daily basis. Of course you are going to romanticise things; you are a story teller and you obviously cares about your message impactinng people positivily. As I said the other day on twitter, I have just found out about you guys and already can relate. You're not perfect, you're relatable. That's what makes your familly so interesting. P.S.: sorry for the mistakes in my writting, my mother language is Portuguese (Brazil) Wish you guys the best!
Awesome video! Still one of the most genuine youtubers out there! It's been a long journey from that first video man and I'm still loving them. Although we need more Alastair sheet angels... 😂
What a miracle it is, that two of the most magnificent men on the planet found each other. I just discovered your channels, and it's a thrill, and a privilege, to follow you both! Beautiful filming, also!
You guys never cease to inspire me. Of course, every relationship has its ups and downs. None of us are perfect, we’re here on Earth to learn unique lessons. My favorite thing about your videos is that both Zach and Alistair are always honest, transparent, straight forward and forthcoming. The two of you always demonstrate a high level of integrity. As I said in the beginning, you guys always inspire me to be a better person. I love you and I accept both of you, EXACTLY AS YOU ARE. Believe it or not, I learned about unconditional love from my canine companion, T’Chaz.
I'm an Army child, and I used to live on Fort Bragg, we also lived in Germany when I was real young so I only remember a little. A lot of my childhood is at Bragg.
One of the things i really enjoy about your videos is that. Each video tells a story. Don’t compare your video style, to anyone else because your style it’s unique. I watch a lot of couple videos and you (mark & ethan - before their breakup) videos are the only ones who take time to tell a story. I hope to one day do the same.
I can well imagine who a few of those UA-cam couples who seemed to have it all but who are no longer together were. I watch some couples who do bicker on camera, and I watch others who don’t, but I don’t assume that the ones we don’t see bicker have argument-free lives. Maybe because at my age I have seen plenty of couples who I knew in real life who seemed perfect together and then didn’t stay together, and others who have stayed together for a long time. Nobody outside of a relationship knows everything that goes on inside that relationship, both on UA-cam and in real life. So I love the way you present you and Alastair because it seems very real to me, even if you feel that you romanticize it. And knowing that you argue with each other sometimes doesn’t worry me, because I can tell that you love each other and are committed to each other.
32 years together here. But tensions are part of any relationship...but the key to success is to figure out strategies to deal with them. When to take a break and cool down, when to compromise for the sake of the relationship, and how to talk about things. Some issues never go away, but you have to accept that. You cannot change him, but you can change how you relate to him...
I Love Love Love following you boys. I love all the excitement in your lives. I was with my husband John for 26 years when he passed away. Keep up the great video. Stay well and may God continue to richly bless you both. 💞
Love the way you guys keep it real and don't tend to be fake and remind me very much like my husband and I with real love and trust and respect to each other. Enjoy your videos!!
My boyfriend has been deployed for the pass 4 months and we have been arguing so much because we dont have enough time to talk. He works in the morning in the other side of the continent and that is night time on my end. So as you might guess i am always in bed by that time. Let me remind you because of your videos you have helped me out relax my separation anxiety and made me understand my situation, as well as coming to terms with it. Thank you to both of you and i wish you guys so much love!!
It's good that you share some of the arguments and bickering along with the goods parts of your relationship. It's a more realistic picture, no need to apologize for it. The family reunion on Winnie's last day of chemo was sweet, so glad she's doing well. Best of luck to you all wherever you wind up going. You've weathered some tough times and I'm confident that y'all will do well in Germany, Colorado or wherever. Love you guys, thanks for dropping by every now and then.😍😊🌎
Guys! Your youtube videos just keep getting better and better! Thank you for showing that every relationship is not perfect 100% of the time! We've been together 21 years (married 5yrs) A friend once told me "Life is too short! Choose your battles, not everything is worth the time and trouble to fight". My husband says I talk exactly like Zach. Well I guess that's because Zach and I are both from the South we both know how to shout ROLLLLLL Tiddddeeee ! :) Thank you both for sharing part of your lives! Cheers!
I don't know what you do for a living Zach (I don't need to know, I don't want to know), but I can't help but may I just say that I think you would be excellent at producing/directing/editing documentary videos about... really about pretty much anything.
I so admire y'all and the relationship you have. And I appreciate that you are upfront about the fact that y'all are a normal couple and not perfect . I've enjoyed watching y'all's journey and I'm hopeful that I will find the right man to spend the rest of my life with. Always be open and honest with each other, never go to bed angry.

Cold Little Heart is such a great track along with Love & Hate 😆
Absolutely

The opening scene was incredible! Good to see that Winifred is done with chemo.
XOXOXOXOX
I bet y'all were all over that bed. I'm happy for y'all.
Frankie, you put that perfectly...they're like a soothing balm for a sad heart 💙
I absolutely love the Noir opening of this video. Photography is so good 😊 and excellent choices in music every time you do it 🙏
Zach......I am a journalism major and your editing is superb and your storytelling is even better.
You both are real, and real couples have fights, they make up, and grow. I have been with my husband for 30yrs. We fight, argue, and make up.
YOU KILLED ME WITH THIS "BIG LITTLE LIES" VIBES IN THE BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO.
I told you I was anxious on Twitter, here I am. One of the first.
Glad you're here bud
The intro was so beautiful. Also, I love that you are brave enough to show the other side of the the relationship. We all know that relationships are not easy, they take work. Love you guys and kisses to Winnie.
Your story is the story of a true loving relationship. Keep up the good work.
I know right Dan 😁!!! Thanks for keeping it real Zach!
Hope you are on the mend now!
@@janetkinzett7563 thanks so much for your thoughts
I think it's great how you guys keep things so real. It's very true a lot of youtube couples portray themselves as perfect and people become emotionally attached to them when they are only seeing what the couples want to show in their videos. Then people are shocked when they break up. I think you guys show more realism in your videos by showing the bickering that can happen in all relationships really. Keep up the good work!
Storytime, the best kind 🙏
The world is wide and the world is grand and there’s little or nothing new, but the sweetest thing is the clasp of a the hand of a friend that’s tried and true. My dad wrote that to me when I left home for university. Nothing’s perfect but I believe you guys married your best friend, if you remember that you will get through anything.
That was a great opening. I loved that song!!! Nice work.
Song is so good
@@AdventuresofZachandB it sure is ! ❤️
I love these two little beebs together! I just want to squish them! They make me feel wonderful!!
P.S.: sorry for the mistakes in my writting, my mother language is Portuguese (Brazil)
Wish you guys the best!
I can already tell I am going to rewatch this video more times than is healthy for any one person.
P73 hlo
Ok guys, I have to admit, that opening should be your theme for every video! It was wonderful! Love you guys!
Your editing skills are immaculate! Such a pleasure to watch
What a beautiful couple you are. I am grateful to have found and to bare witness your union in life. Blessings to both of you.
Dads uploaded! My depression is no more
One of the things i really enjoy about your videos is that. Each video tells a story. Don’t compare your video style, to anyone else because your style it’s unique. I watch a lot of couple videos and you (mark & ethan - before their breakup) videos are the only ones who take time to tell a story. I hope to one day do the same.
Well if you ever do, drop a vid link and I’d love to check it out
I can well imagine who a few of those UA-cam couples who seemed to have it all but who are no longer together were.
Bro the reason I love you guys is the fact that your real men with real feelings and opinions...you guys make everyone enough..acceptance !!
Glad you shared the moment we ALL are humans we see things from different perspective
I'm happy you boys made up :) now with that said the video in the beginning was amazing!! Well done!
Many thanks
I Love Love Love following you boys. I love all the excitement in your lives. I was with my husband John for 26 years when he passed away. Keep up the great video. Stay well and may God continue to richly bless you both. 💞
That intro was incredible. Love your videos!
Love the way you guys keep it real and don't tend to be fake and remind me very much like my husband and I with real love and trust and respect to each other. Enjoy your videos!!
I absolutely love the editing! You're so talented. I'm so glad to hear Winnie has finished chemo 🖤
Alistair was not done 1:10 😂😂😂
My boyfriend has been deployed for the pass 4 months and we have been arguing so much because we dont have enough time to talk. He works in the morning in the other side of the continent and that is night time on my end. So as you might guess i am always in bed by that time. Let me remind you because of your videos you have helped me out relax my separation anxiety and made me understand my situation, as well as coming to terms with it. Thank you to both of you and i wish you guys so much love!!
me watching their cute and wholesome vlogs knowing fully well i will never find a love this pure: 👁💧👄💧👁
Love you guys, thanks for dropping by every now and then.😍😊🌎
I have been watching you both for years I don’t usually comment as I’m scared to. What I love about watching you guys is that you’re real.
Well I hope you won't be scared to going forward. But even silent viewership is appreciated very much
@@AdventuresofZachandB thank you. I’m getting better at commenting I think I suffer from anxiety so I was scared to comment incase people are mean 🥺
Your authenticity is so awesome. Both of you keep being that.
You both are amazing human beings!!
Girls deserve to have female-only spaces in sports and elsewhere.
@@mandylynn6914 what does that have to do with anything?
I so admire y'all and the relationship you have. And I appreciate that you are upfront about the fact that y'all are a normal couple and not perfect . I've enjoyed watching y'all's journey and I'm hopeful that I will find the right man to spend the rest of my life with. Always be open and honest with each other, never go to bed angry.
Zach, I love the kiss between you and your husband, Alastair from outside of your house in Texas on this video during your quarantine and I'm proud of you, but I love your Southern accent!! 🙂❤
