Two snipers on overwatch with suppressed rifles, the rest with suppressed rifles maneuver into infiltrate position and hold. Then overwatch takes out any people on roof tops, you move in as the overwatch takes the first shot and you eliminate any targets between you and the R8 while coordinating with overwatch. One man stays by the gate off on the hill side for cover with a ex-fil vehicle, then you move out as overwatch cover's and the gate guard covers the escape. Did a couple deployments in Iraq but this is how I'd have done it after a bit of recon.
