The defector ability is really nice, too bad they removed it, it looks really fun to use. I would guess that they did so because it would render bomb trucks even more useless than they already are. It would also have been quite OP for a USA player who overtook his allies GLA units. He could just build a tunnel in the opponents base and pop out 10 full humvees lol. And that doesn't take long at all if you have power. Or maybe they thought about all the possibilities for unpredictable glitches and abuse this may have opened up?
It still works in vGen and ZH, but apart from the cooldown it's completely hard coded, so you can only capture *enemy* units with either the *"INFANTRY"* or *"VEHICLE"* kind of.

I have several questions about using Defector ability on Angry Mob: 1. Which player controls whole unit? 2. Which player have vision of unit? 3. Does Angry Mob gain veterancy by killing itself?
real question is if this beta allows you to play with a friend without the game desyncing and fucking up a game because he made his one ranger enter a chinook after a 2 hour lasting match
Here's a New fact for u: (You can do it only china I know) you should use neutron Shell to disable any vehicle (you know) after get infantries and infantries can drive any vehicle! (But I found it with just Tao idk this fact can work in other generals) (if this fact doesn't work I was using the shockwave mod)

Imagine the US players could simply steal GLA workers and China dozers. It would be too OP.

It's very likely that they linked the Defector and Demoralize ability to USA for testing purposes. _(Not sure about the cameo though, maybe they used it as a placeholder...)_ I think it would probably be like this: Detention Camp ➟ CIA Intelligence Propaganda Center ➟ Defector Prison ➟ Demoralize
