New state pension rise April last year 10.1% £972, April this year 8.5% £900. £1,872 rise per new state pensioner since last year, and as both my wife and I receive it, it is a household income of £3,744. The winter fuel allowance is assessed each year, we don’t need it this year because we have had more than enough to pay our energy bills. Even pensioners on the old state pension have had a raise of almost one fifth of what they were on before April last year.
I will be looking forward to seeing more past clips if you still have them. It's good to reflect on the past, probably 10-15 years ago, and contrast it to what's happening now.

He's also ignored the interests of working class people and decided to pander to billionaires and elitists. I voted Labour for most of my life but not only began voting Green from 2020 . I joined the Green Party and have no regrets. Labour no longer represent my views so won't get my vote or my support.
@paulchadwick9419 If he kicked out Islamaphobia, explain why he expelled a significant number of Muslims ( I'm sure you know Islamaphobia is a fear/hatred of Muslims ) Labour lost ,votes and seats to Independents and the Green Party so it sounds like Islamaphobia is strong if not increasing in Starmer's Labour Party. I hope those people who have now left Labour as voters or members and have switched to the Green Party will stay with us.
