Phenomenal theme. As much as many people claim Frieza is the best villain of the DBZ era, I respectfully disagree. Cell to me is the ULTIMATE villain. A being that has all the knowledge that Dr. Gero gave the androids about the Z-Fighters techniques, Freiza’s adaptability to survive anywhere. The Saiyan’s ability to become stronger after each battle and Piccolo’s ability to regenerate back any limbs lost……Cell is the ultimate monster threat and was seconds away from conquering every thing we hold dear. Phenomenal villain.

Unfortunately, Cell Max isn't "Perfect" he was released too early and has not reached his full powered up state on his cocoon similar to Majin Buu. So the "Perfect Cell" theme doesn't fit him.
