Loved the stream Kwings! I've been playing this a bit myself and I've been enjoying it. Still working my way through Chapter 2 though, so you both are further along than I am. One thing I've noticed about the W-Gears is that the most class compatible ones for a character are at the top of the list. You would still need to read the description to see which is the best, but it shortens the search a bit. I'm not sure where to mention this as there is no post for Ultimates for the month of August as of yet, but I was wondering if it would be possible for my Ultimate stream to be on the night Monday August 12th or Tuesday August 13th. I'm taking that week off from work so if no one else has picked either of those particular dates, then either one would work for me.
Thank you for the stream KWings! Now I could not find a more detailed video but I did remember something that’s useful. When your on the (Agents Select Screen) for Hdd stuff or anything with combat. There on their selection box’s is a face, if it is orange and looks neutral it means the special buff won’t be applied. So to get these specific buffs. You need to have a agent that matches the agents element or have a agent of the same faction in the party (both can work as well) Example: all cunning hares in the party) this will give multiple buffs as all cunning hares are of the same faction the faction being the cunning hares. Example2: a party of all fire based characters as they have the same element the buffs will be applied. Example 3: a party consisting of(Lycaon ,Corine ,and Billy will get the buffs) reason(Lycaon ,And Corine are in the same faction. And Billy is a physical attacker like Corine) there for all because buffs will be given. These buffs will be useful in a lot of fights.
There are exceptions starting with Zhu Yuan though, she needs same faction or a support agent...and Qingyi was said in the livestream will need either faction or attack, so she's different too...
Just to reiterate on the paid for currency, be wary of anytime the game asks you to refill battery or convert currency. This doesn’t apply to leveling characters and gear as the only way to get those items is grinding and story/side quest rewards. Other advice for now would be to not use the currency you bought on any pulls for the time being, just let the currency accumulate. The next character and story content drops on the 13th/14th depending on time zone and the first of the 2 new S-ranks will be Qingyi, a strong match up for using with Zhu Yuan. If you want to pull before then I would advise just any tapes you earn from inter-knot level for the stable banner and bangboo.
As jotaro said, you should probably just save until banner change and decide if you want to pull or skip, also do that boss that takes you 15 minutes or the others beside it at least 3 times per week, and do the events for around 1k+ polychrome please...
