Im getting one next year. But one thing I dont understand, is why Lotus have given it so little power? The lack of performance is overlooked because of how beautiful the Emira is 😍
Well for me a balanced power which can be trasmitted smoothly through the gearbox to the rear wheels only is more valueable instead of having something u can't get the most from maybe they were having this aspect in mind too

I agree, there is no point in putting too much power in a rwd car but I just think 400 is too little in order too match the looks of the car.
But I would probably still want it even if it had 300 horsepower 😂

Have one since March. They stepped up their game in quality. You can absolutely daily drive it. So far no issues. Lotus still making one of the best driver cars

It's a great looking car, but $97,000 dollars! No! These may not look as good, but they have more punch for less price! Corvette, Supra, Nismo Z, Cayman gts 4.0! I wish Lotus success, but I don't trust they quality enough to spend a hundred grand on a product of theirs!

Actually all the Emiras are made in at the plant in Hethel, Norfolk, England which is the only model built there. other models are being made in China.
This is made in the uk… which explains some small production quality issues. But nothing that’ll break the car. Just some pieces of the car looks low quality compared to the rest. It’s the uk, what u gonna do
