I recently came across your Sight Reading for Bass playlist - it's been so useful, thankyou! And tracks like this that I'd never pick out to learn give a really solid grounding in bass playing. I've been through the whole course of Chuck Raineys books + countless other studies yet none prepare you for this kinda stuff 👍😊
I lived in "Doraville" (GA) for years. It quit being " a touch of country in the city" about the time the song was released. Great band...Goddard and Barry Bailey just killed it. Check out "Angel". Thanks for this!
Whoa! Small world. A while back I was looking for an input jack for a Behringer amp, and the only source was in that Oakcliff park. I'm in Western WA btw.
Henderson...We were down Henderson Road near Northlake mall. Sort of a mailing dead zone. Closer to Tucker than D'ville, but that was our address. Wow.This is like old home week.@@BrickBlacktoe
Was sooo pleasantly surprised to get a tab result for this banger, thank you so much! Excellent job!

Thanks so much for posting this one! Great visuals like this help me learn to play the song.
Great song, and fun to play. Thanks Tom!
Thanks for putting the actual music notation. I could never do that TAB stuff.

Sequoyah High School?
A friend of mine worked in a warehouse just down the street from Studio One. Oakcliff Industrial Park wasn't it?
@@EclecticHillbilly Yep, that was it.
