I just did upgrades on my Knight Hauler! I made a longer chassis which I widened and I used remote locking portal differentials from a 1/10th scale 8 wheel drive and 8 wheel steering, front 1/10 chrome semi rims with heavy duty tread and chrome duals on the back with heavy duty tread! Finished the truck with a steel deck platefrom the sleeper to the tail and added extra boxes with lead plates on the bottom upgraded the motor and installed a metal 3 speed transmission & transfer case
Would you happen to know if the RC4WD FMX DUMP TRUCK fit on the LOW BOY Trailer? Also for your king hauler, get yourself the KING OF THE ROAD 1.7 SEMI tires, they work way better on dirt, That is what i have done on my Grand Hauler and my Globe liner.
Fit on the lowboy trailer yes I think it will. If it’s the Rc4wd lowboy that you’re referring to. But I can’t say for sure. I think I will upgrade the tires when I upgrade the wheels. These are Highway tires on it for sure and do not perform well off-road, off Highway.
Nice settup though I like it but as a trucker I wouldn't haul a load like that in the real world but I agree dot rules are different in the rc word again nice set-up thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching. Even in the rc world this load is a bit high on the cg. I would prefer it on a lowboy. But clearance is much better on this trailer.
@@digitrc yes it does look high on the video and your right low boy are what they typically use for this type of loads question what type of brand is the bulldozer? Its very detailed

@@jamesmeredith381 that sounds like a great build!

Revise that it will NOT fit. The wood deck is about 5” too short.

@@lenderification JDM. Rc4wd sells them.
@@lenderification I think it’s modeled after the D10.
@@digitrc ok will look into it thanks
wow
What motor and ESC are you running in the semi??
That is the stock motor that comes with the king hauler kit and I’m using the MFC-01 from tamiya. It combines lighting, sound, and esc into one unit.
That load is not DOT legal!
True but DOT rules are different in my world.
That’s like pulling a triple axle fifth wheel with an F-150. It can pull it but not in a safe manner.
