Thank you for your explanation on the topic. I am currently a student at ASU and I am looking more into how to best conduct and when to use a case study method. I like that you made a big distinction between single case and multiple case studies, as well as holistic and embedded case studies. The research I am looking at are best approaches to help ESL students better learn and what skills they can use to.gain literacy and note taking. This video has helped me a lot when looking more at case studies related to the topic.

of course you can, that is a normal practice also in business research. just remember to label them for instance as Respondent A...etc and refer to them in this way throughout whole paper
