I think thats very difficult to do because everyone has his own style and wants to use another software to produce videos. Also I think everyone has to find his own way to produce them. I don't think it's good for you when I show you how I do my videos. ^^ AND of course this video would last for ever to produce and to render and upload :D

I think the best is when you really want to create line distributions that you choose a software you want to make them and then try a little bit to make videos. Maybe whatch some tutorials to your software and then lets go and try it. Maybe start with one you don't want to release until your quality is high enough to upload and release them ^^ Have fun :D

I dont say your video is bad but according to previous line distribution of snsd (they may change it, who knows), ot5 version could be:
All sooyoung rap will go to Hyoyeon (she did it once). Singing lines could go to yoona or hyoyeon if it s not overlap their lines.
All tiffany reading and rap part will go to Hyoyeon. Lines which is in low and comfortable zone will go to Hyoyeon or yuri if their lines are not overlap. High note will go to Tae or Sunny if their lines are not overlap.
Jessica reading will go to Yoona. Other part are quite high and signature so Tae may get it all.
Seo line will be share between Sunny and Yuri.
It’s ok except that Hyo will Get Sooyoung rap and the English lines I think are for Yoona
