i always loved this track, but i always thought it was hypocritical to bash one trend in hip hop (das efx's mile a minute patterns) while perpetrating another one (having the fast-talking reggae guy jump in to rip it in a similarly hard-to-follow fashion). whatever, it was the early 90s, and still runs circles around tons of new shit

A lot of so called underground acts saw the das efx style of rap as childish and simple back than. I dont agree with it but i see where they are coming from. Lets face it, das efx were dope but they wernt really "lyrical"

haters will always hate. he changed with the time and didn't stick to the late 80's. it's not good to be wrong and strong. he was talking his mind about hip hop during that time with groups talking nursery rhymes and talking fast you don't know what they're saying. but hey if you don't like it that's on you. and by the way apart from rapping he was behind the scenes for a little while and helping others, ain't nothng wrong with that, and from what i remember last time he changed his name and chose to continue with a spiritual peaceful life away from the music industry which is corrupt and satanic anyway. besides he's probably doing better than you and makes more from royalties than you and whatever you got. my point is never look down on others because you will be the one to fall on your face.
