Texas Christian University (TCU) is a private research institute in Fort Worth, Texas. TCU was established in 1873 by brothers Addison and Randolph Clark as the Add-Ran Male & Female College. The campus is located on 272 acres and only 3 miles (5 km) from downtown Fort Worth. As of Fall 2020, the university enrolls around 11,379 students, with 9,704 being undergraduates.
