30 Minute Lentil and Sausage Soup | Budget Friendly Meal

- This Soup is full of flavor! Its ready in 30 minutes and will warm you right up on a cold winters night! Make your own by adding different kinds of sausage or veggies and the broth of your choice. Its great reheated the next day and freezes great!
Ingredients;
1 lb bag of brown lentils
3/4 C chopped celery
3/4 C chopped Carrot
1/2 C finely chopped yellow onion
1 C diced fire roasted Tomatoes
3 Cloves minced garlic
2 bay leaves
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
4 C Broth of your Choice
2 C water

Oh this is such a great warm you up soup for a cold winters night! I love lentils so much, probably because I grew eating them like once a week....we were pretty poor. This makes a quite a big batch so you can freeze half for another dinner! Thanks for watching!
