i did everything step by step, but when i try to download an app from the store, i dont get the popup that says "do you want to download the last compatible version?" it just shows that i have to upgrade to an iOS 14+ version. anybody know a workaround?

Evwn wih this not every app is compatible, specifically those made after iOS 10 was out , if app doesnt have a 9.3.5 version it cant work, also 64 bits only apps wont work either (think HBO Max or Disney+) because 9.3.5is 32 bits only i think.
