You should make a blaze farm they give the most xp and drop glow stone. They also drop blaze rods you can use in furnaces. Ethos lab has a great tutorial that works on any Minecraft version.
It is so sad that Microsoft doesn't allow you to pick which version you want to play. It is so frustrating & doesn't make sense to me. It is a money thing for the store I'm sure is why.
I really enjoy this old version of Minecraft. I still play it from time to time.

It must be. The Java version allows you to play any version at any time, but not Bedrock. So lame :(
