Advice from a local... If you want to do all his Top 10 recommendations, it would take about one week. Here's how I would plan it... I've grouped the places according to proximity plus threw in a few other visit-worthy spots nearby in brackets so travelling is minimal. Day 1 @ Cultural Enclaves : Haji Lane, Little India, Bugis Village Day 2 @ Shopping Day : Orchard Road (+ Singapore Botanic Garden, + National Museum) Day 3 @ Quirky Day : Haw Par Villa, Henderson Waves Day 4 @ Singapore River: Chinatown, Clarke Quay (+ Asian Civilisations Museum) Day 5 @ Animal Day : Singapore Zoo (+ Night Safari) Day 6 @ Bay Area : Marina Bay Sands, Art & Science Museum, Gardens by the Bay (Day 7 @ Sentosa Island : Universal Studios, SEA Aquarium, Siloso Beach) Yup! Nothing less than 1 week!
@@keisylesc.6113 yes, it is free and you can see the light show for free. But if you want to see the domes or skywalk then you need to buy tickets for them.
I was in Singapore last week, got to say once you visit Singapore you just can't get over it, maybe for a month or so you'll be hung over the memories you created there.......lovely place. and you have got the right picks in your top 10
I was in Singapore in beginning of 2019. I never meet so much helpful people like there. Everytime when I was irritated somebody asked me how (s)he could help me. Many thanks for that from Germany.
As a Singaporean, i never thought my country as a tourist site for i feel that its very expensive and many countries have way better unique attractions. But after watching this video, u made me feel like Singapore is way better than i think it is and it makes me want to tour around my own country, thanks! Sick cinematography skills!
I just visited Singapore last month and your videos were very helpful, thank you very much !!! I visited the most of the places you showed in Singapore series, I really loved this country as well, the cities were all exciting and people were extremely nice. I already miss Singapore !!!
Only a week, but it was easy to visit many places there because it’s a small country and the transportation is great. After staying Singapore I went to Bintan Island, Indonesia, it only takes an hour by ferry from Singapore and the island was also amazing with beautiful beaches and deserts and foods etc. You should add the Island in your next trip in Singapore :)
I myself and about 20 of us were lucky enough to stay at the Marina Bay Sans for two nights as a work congratulations! We loved Singapore! The people are super friendly and the accommodations are out of this world!
Great video. I've been traveling to Singapore for more than 10 years now. Gorgeous city, wonderful people, the food we won't even begin to discuss. I can't wait to get back later this year. The city has a bad rap about it, certainly here in the States. Well, if you can't stand clean streets, a lack of graffiti smeared on public walls, no police to be seen in the streets, streets that are safe to walk on at night, subways with no litter, I will have to agree - it's a horrible place, so stay home! My biggest complaints: the heat, and the urban renewal that does destroy the old colonial style architecture. No one is perfect. I'm sure the style will be back in the future. Oh, and thanks for the tip on the Handerson Waves. Never heard of the place, I'll have to do some homework. And a day trip to the zoo next visit. Did the night safari, which was great, but we've never "been" to the zoo in daytime.
I totally agree with you. Just finished the trip in Singapore and thank God, Flower Dome and Cloud Forest in Gardens by the Bay are the best artificial gardens I have ever seen. Singaporean are smart and disciplined to create such futuristic city.
I visited Singapore last month and I totally agree that Gardens by the Bay is one of the best and unique place. I was completely mesmerized by what I saw❤❤❤
Had visited there just for 12 hours and came to sleep in Malaysia instead. Love this country and it gave me alot of memories that I can't forget. I really want to travel there alone now but sadly I'm just a teenager. I already had put it in the list of the country that I'll visit when I'm 20.
I've lived in Singapore for two years and my favourite places are Gardens by Bay and the Zoo, which one can also visit by night. I thought you would add the Jurong Bird's Park to the list, but your selection is already good.
Been there for four times and never get bored of it. Finally, my last visit couple days ago I got to see GBTB at night - watch the light show as well. I agree that it is the must visit in Spore. Last time I also visited Henderson Waves for the first time and got impressed. Unfortunately, I have limited time and unable to visit art science museum. Hope can visit it later :)
Wow, your video is seriously next level omggg the way you portray my country makes me so proud?? I would so recommend you visit Sarawak next (if you haven't already?) because there are so many hidden gems that not a lot of people know about. Living in a cabinin in the woods and mountains, visiting caves, etc - you would enjoy it!
Visited SG last month and im glad to say we have the same choice for the top spot. Gardens by the bay is so magical, we went there at night for our last day and the light show was such an eye candy 😍..missing sg already..nice video and cinematography..handsdown 😊
Very nicely done video. Garden by the Bay was even more magical when they did the Star Wars light show. I agree with you that Garden by the Bay is fantastic at night. Cheers!
I'm a Singaporean and I love how u like travelling in our country. Just trying to fill you up with some other places that you might have missed or not visited. Do consider visiting these places if you would have choose to come back for a vacation. (1) Sentosa (is a must, good enough to let you spend an entire day or 2 maybe, as there are lots of things to do from beaches to water parks to the amusement park to the aquarium as well as the museum and etc...) (2) Marina Barrage (a good place to have a picnic or fly some kites, do check it out on the web for some photos) (3) Chomp chomp food centre (do visit here for some great seafood or barbecue chicken wings n more... is slightly expensive but should be worthy for your money) (4) Garden by the Bay (this is just some add-ons, do visit our flower dome and cloud forest) (5) Lastly, you have to spend some times in our airports, recently JEWEL has just officially opened which is a mall that is in a jewel shape where you can enjoy some time eating and shopping over there. Enjoys your vids, appreciate your time and efforts spent in making this video. Cheers!~
Dany #gotaworldtosee I definitely will and thanks a million again for sharing! I have been wanting to go to Singapore for a very long time and seeing your video just makes me want to go even more. You are so lucky to get to go so many times. Hope you bring more great videos to us. By the way, I just subscribed!

I visited Singapore once and the Gardens by the Bay was not as beautiful as today. Your vlog is very informative. Thank you for showing those other places I had not visited then. I am a school Principal in the Philippines and after work at home I relax by watching your vlog, three at the most daily. In one of my meeting to my teachers I told them your vlogs especially the one when you told how you saved your money to travel the world. They would learn from you.
Thank you for watching and exchanging with your colleagues. Cool that the video on finance interested you as well. These types of topics is something I want to address in the future more as well :) thanks for your feedback
