In this video I'll be sharing Dum Ka Gosht Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Mutton 1.5 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Salt half teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon
Oil 80ml
Onion 2 slices
Caraway seeds ¼ teaspoon
Cloves 1
Green chili 2
Water 1 tablespoon
Fried onion 1
Black pepper powder ¼ Teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 lemon
Cardamom powder 1 pinch
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon

Hyderabadi Mom is a true authentic Hyderabadi culinary expert. She doesn't add all the masalas in one dish. Garam masala for meetha salan like khorma, pasinde, Kebab etc where curd is used. Green herbs comprise kotmir, pudina and green chillies. Bojwar masala or cumin and coriander powders in tamarind based khatte salan. Use curry leaves in place of mint in tamarind curries. Not once have I found her making a mistake in her choice of ingredients. Well done Ma'am 👌
