悲しいとかじゃなくて、オーダーされた方が作品を手にとった時、会いたかったよって泣きながら喜んでるんだろうなって想像したら泣けてきます🥺

Every space is improved with cats. I saw your work and was immediately inspired by it, I want to do a portrait of my cat who passed away last year after 20 years of companionship and love. I have a long, long way to go, thank you for generously sharing your artistry.

私が住む国では羊毛フェルトを店頭で見かける事が無く、全てネットで買っていますが、
残念ながらなかなか良いものには巡り合えません。種類もかなり少ないです。
上質で種類が豊富な素材が比較的安価で手に入る環境を羨ましく思います。
こういうクリエイティブな人ってたまたま買った棚が持ち物にピッタリはまったりするんですね

Greetings from Uruguay! Love your work and your atelier is awesome!! Wish I could have english subtitles to understand... But I have enjoyed listening to you. Loved to see your little helpers... Yours cats are so cute cats!! 😍
Do you have the subtitle icon button on your video? On the lower right of the video, it's the first icon (white square). Not everything she said was subtitled, but it gave you the general idea of what she was talking about. One cute thing was she said the small jars she bought for the wool fit perfectly on the shelf...she did not plan that. And it seemed she said the taller ones on the other shelf fit perfectly too (that part wasn't subtitled). She said she buys the wool in small batches as she likes to use her intuition when picking the colors (the white wool has varying shades of white). She really likes the Merino wool as it feels really nice, but it depends on where you buy it from. :)

Wakuneco only makes a handful of portraits a year. She held a contest last month and was open to overseas entrants for the first time. She can’t reply to messages because she gets too many. Follow her instagram for all announcements. When she’s done with the winning cat, she’ll probably reopen for entries.

Are you Japanese? I wish our computers would translate for us wouldn’t that be great. We American ladies love your work and your craft room. I always wanted a big space to do my art instead of setting up on the kitchen table. Then taking it down to cook dinner. Finally after our 3rd house my husband built me a big finished basement room and I had a ping pong table that I made drapery, clothing, bedspreads, paintings and we had family parties down there and dinners. Now we have our 4 th house and my husband died of cancer. And I have a partially finished basement but I need to clean it up and finish it but I’m 77 year old and I think it’s too late. But I would like to learn needle felting.
