    From experience riding the 50e master and the 40t, the 40t cells are the way to go if your thinking of really pushing it and range will be about the same when both are being pushed, I feel way safer pushing the 40t master over 50e it just feels more responsive.

      Have you noticed any difference in cycle life between them? Apparently 40t cycle life sucks, 60% after 250 cycles vs 80% after 500 on the 50e.

      @@VECTOR_Coasters It is the same height as a Master. Due to the wider tire and rim making the "16 inch" more like an 18 inch. Also, the 130 mm suspension makes it so much taller. Some times you are more positive and some times you are more negative. It can be for very objective reasons, and just a few times subjektiv reasons. It is still your channel and your video, and most of is love it❤❤❤. Because it is the first real look we get on new products. Stay as objective as you feel comfortable beeing, but without your subjektiv thoughts as well it is not worth watching.
    If some people can not see beyond that, it is their loss. Sorry. But yes. Their loss.
    Keep doing the videos that makes you happy.
    And if you sometimes need to keep the manufacturer happy as well to get first look. We will survive.

      Coil shocks are only better for being cheaper and lighter.
      For example in competetive biking sports alot of effort is put into making the bike as light as possible. And coil helps with that.
      With EUCs though a bit of less weight is not important.
      So going coil is just missing out on all the comfort benefits air and other non-linear systems provide.
      And no coil "feeling" better by some people cannot be trusted because humans have many many biases. Placeblo, Nocebo, ect.
      If you look at the metrics and data non-linear shocks simply are better if you exclude price and weight.

  • @uuzd4s
    @uuzd4s 6 місяців тому

    @ 07:51, "Obviously you have these O-Rings here . . . to help with the Cushioning". Well, sort of . . . barely. Those O-Rings stacked on the Shock Piston have at least Three separate purposes and "Cushioning" isn't really on the list. First, and not in any order of importance, these O-Rings should be slid down to the top off the shock after wiping the Chrome strut clean of dirt and debris (something that should be done after each days riding, before storage). When you've had your next ride, they'll have wiped the Strut clean, which brings up the next purpose. They will indicate your total shock travel for that ride. If you have a lower than recommended amount of Air Pressure in your Shock, you'll know immediately before your next ride. Bringing you to a Third purpose, they tell you how much travel your using. Maybe you want more, maybe less, these O-Rings will tell you what each Shock Pressure adjustment has done. Another function is to protect the Shock Piston from bottoming out completely, should you have a Seal failure. Bringing us to another function, they help to protect and lubricate the Shock seals.
    "To help with the Cushioning" sounds pretty made up and makes me wonder how qualified you are to do a review on such a well-engineered device as this eWheel. Just because you can afford one, doesn't make you an Expert on the item you've purchased. And for those out there who care, never open such a nicely designed & Expensive piece of equipment like shown here, unless you can afford to pay for the components you've ruined.

    You just can't trust Begode, how many offerings have they produced that had an issue, spend your money wisely, why are the reviews ALWAYS bursting with enthusiastic language ?
