You're a very smart mom to make sure you get the Tylenol before the shots. Having to get it afterwards when you already have an upset baby isn't the best idea. You're slaying it as parents. 💗💗💗

No shots for us.
Hey love, if you are having pain or discomfort after pumping you may need to change your flanges sizing. Pumps by default come with 24mm flanges and often they are too big for our nipples. I got some pumping pal flanges and they have made my pumping awesome. When you have proper fitting flanges you get more milk also.
This is an older pump from my aunt (like 16 years) and doesn’t have different sizes. You just put it on your nipples and the machine basically uses a suction to get the right fit. I probably just turn the suction too high up is why it hurts. My pump that I bought doesn’t hurt me at all.
