In support of his principal [PRRD], former spokesperson Panelo said the following:
"He [SolGen] is wrong. He is wrong because the Constitution precisely commands the government to serve and to protect the people. The subjects under investigation are Filipino citizens. Therefore, they should be protected by this government.”
“He [PRRD] knows his law. He knows how to enforce the Constitution whether as a private citizen or as a former president.”
"... the Constitution says, you're presumed innocent unless charges are proven in court beyond reasonable doubt."
Did his principal really protect the subjects who allegedly violated the law during his drug war?
Now, he wants the said protection that the drug war victims were deprived of.
